Similar to some of the other antagonists in this show, Destroyer is no pushover but also kinda hard to take seriously with her personality.

Not a fan of the pacing of this episode though. It had too much talk and action was rushed into the final few minutes. Destroyer also seemed like a disposable character without much characterization.

SOPII really likes her commander. That hug was cute. ^^

Poor Destroyer. Dreamer is using her as a pawn. I feel sad for her.

I like Destroyer's hilarious personality.

Worse than the previous episode. Art quality was all over the place. There were a few scenes where it approached UFOtable quality, but the rest was sort of bland. Poor episode pacing and poor combat choreography once more.

SOPII really has got pretty fond of the commander huh. Though infiltrators exists in every way to think that even in this war its possible is kinda surprising. Franklin being berated by the other commanders who fought on the front while he didn't was amusing. The multifront assaults' by the other commanders really fulfilled their roles effectively while providing plenty of guest appearances as well such as Hayamin voicing Vector on Longsword team. Its nice to see G43 again. Overall while this ep featured some nice action it also introduced some nice intrigue as well via the status of AR15 as well as the relationship between Dreamer and Destroyer that added a lot to this ep. Poor Destroyer being used as a pawn by Dreamer and going by her convo seems to be a recurring event.

Damn,, I didn't expect AR15 to have virus, she sure was acting weird but damn.

Destroyer looks like a joke, such a heavyn name doesn't suit her, is she even a powerful doll? I wonder when we will see her fight properly. Dreamer is the realm enemy here, she's gotta be the strongest enemy till now.

4/5 episode. Just few more episodes left, I wonder how they will end this.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.

Was expected AR15 get some type of virus, after seeing that she took over a whole Sangvis base system.

From what I can imagine AR15 will recruit Destroyer, who was abandoned, to then make a spy squad to take down Sangvis.

This episode worked for me. No blatant bullet hell screentones slapped over battle, big animation mistakes or bad pacing. Story also got to point it's... well, story. If anime were to make first 4-5 episode differently it would be very good anime even if animation itself stick just to this level.

This episode was pretty cool, it turns out AR15 is the reason the Griffon base location was found out due to a virus being implanted in her by Destroyer, who they end up tracking down later and cornering while she tried to escape, but then she ends up getting away due to something jamming the Griffin Dolls, and now AR15 is out doing her thing somewhere lol, go figure.

I’ll say I really liked the ending of the episode, Dreamer kinda psychologically damaged Destroyer, kinda feel bad for her lol, but I like to see some inside conflict within Sangvis.

Griffin's secret base has been compromised, and more than the Ringleader Destroyer making her debut, AR-15 being very discreet about her actions with the AR Team...who'd know that she was pulling the strings all along.

The Griffin commanders are fine and escape unscathed, but break the announcement that AR-15 was being a spy for Sangvis. So, no choice but to move on with the mission to round up the next Sangvis Ringleader while AR-15 is being interrogated for possible data compromises, taking extra precautions with each proceeding Ringleader, save the fact that they're one capable and valuable Doll down.

The AR Team receive support from the most unlikely of teams: G43 leading the 794 Support Echelon, and this time they really need all the firepower they got to take Destroyer down, which due to her mistakes, inches them closer, but with AR-15's escape with Sangvis virus in her, backs the entire Griffin command twice as hard. Either she's for or against them, this is still a mystery, and M16 gives assurance that whatever AR-15 is doing, she knows it.

For now, concentrate on this mission and bring Destroyer down...which Destroyer is only a messenger for Dreamer, that her case use is no longer needed, and more of a suicidal Doll. Guess that wasn't a surprise either for Sangvis using every Doll as expendable resources for their own gain.

this is because the Japanese don't like foreigners, they're racist so they kick out foreign characters from nations they dislike, Portugal included.

Will say, as much as I've been enjoying the show, with it's twists and turns, there does feel like there is a strong element that is lacking when it comes to it. We're up to ep9, so you can really tell about it. It's as if they talk a big game, but then the big game itself tends to be low class. Like the story is interesting, and the developments and such, like how we ended with Dreamer there. But knowing this, she'll be easy pickings with lack of tension too tbh.

Aye yo, I feel bad for Destroyer. Dreamer just destroyed her feelings, and not just once.

There really was something weird going on with AR15, and she most likely knew it too. M16 is probably right that she has her own plans.

I wanna headpat SOPII, but I also wanna be headpatted by Gentiane lmao, that was adorable.

First of all Japanese are not racist (in general), they are xenophobic which is not same. Second Girls Frontline is Chinese not Japanese and third all main characters are a Russian robots using either Americans or German guns. Japanese and Chinese guns are outliers.

LMAO, the game is from China, not Japan. And the manga artist is also from China. If you have some T-Dolls screentime problem with our God Emperor Yuzhong, you are complaining to the wrong country.

Beside, Lusa is post-singularity era which the anime will never reach this season anyways.

as much as i want all these great T-Dolls to show up we haven't even gotten to like a first major event story wise it would be super random fanservice for any more recent T Dolls to appear

but bruh seeing Destroyer get tossed to the side like that hurt a little , when this isnt that action focused and lets most of the plot which is a bit more interesting at this point sink in it's a better watch

Well that's not what i expect coming from Destroyer fate, being left alone like that, and showed her sad emotion. Becoming a ringleader didn't really meant Destroyer having a full confidence as leader. There's always been someone higher ups, whose using you, even if its mean, its coming from someone closed to you. Ril.

As same as with what happened exactly to AR-15, there's still lot of mysteries going on, even M16 statement also giving me a spinning on the head, which surely this episode is not enough to clear it up everything. But, lets aside all of it first, and let M4 continue the mission with whatever awaits them in front...

I wonder what's really going on with AR-15 since she might know something about SF but I wonder what she plans to do... anyway legit felt bad for Destroyer at the end.

I liked it because the episode kind of had the Dreamer and the Destroyer setting up AR15 making griffin think she was a sangvis spy

Well we got revealed a few more snippets of the overarching plot. I never read the manga, just played the game, but seems like they made a couple changes what with just jailing and interrogating ST-AR 15, as opposed to the whole AR team. I guess it makes it a bit easier for the anime adaption that way. Kind of surprised that we're 9 episodes in and they are still holding back on a very important reveal for some t-dolls. I think it'd have been better to reveal one major plot point earlier that they are holding out on for some reason. Perhaps to keep anime onlys a bit more invested? Or maybe that's how it goes in the manga? Though, I feel like that one plot reveal is going to come too little too late at the rate the anime is going and where I think it's going to end on a very likely cliffhanger.

I was a fan of Destroyer this episode though, even if they chose to leave out some of her more brattier moments and annoying laugh. She actually is quite a powerful Sangvis, but sadly we likely won't get to see her potential this season, since she really shines in some major story events in game. Though if you like the fucked up Dreamer and Destroyer dynamic, I would encourage people to give the game a try, a few chapters focus on it.

That said, I was actually surprised and a bit shocked how much more sadistic Dreamer was portrayed. She's a pretty big sadist in the game, but the emotional distress and mental abuse she was causing Destroyer at the end was on a whole other level in this episode. In the game the sadism is there but it's more of a teasing kind of sadism in relation to Destroyer, whereas here it was much more brutal and abusive. I actually got hit in the feels some and felt genuinely bad for Destroyer, despite knowing how the story is going to pan out. Her tears at the end were heartbreaking. Best Sangvis doesn't deserve that kind of treatment. :( Though certainly a very powerful way to show that even the ruthless Sangvis, have feelings and emotions too besides murderous rampage among some of the ringleaders.

Kind of worried how they'll wrap things up now though, since we're still on 'the kindling' chapter next episode, I feel chapter 6, 'Comet' is going to be pretty rushed to squeeze into the last 2 episodes if the anime is going to end where I think it's going too. Well, more Destroyer is always good, so we'll see what next episode has in store!
No I don't read manga. Why? Because according to MAL manga readers, all anime is either: too rushed, too slow, anime original, or a terrible adaption. I like to enjoy anime for what it is, anime.
