| the situation was getting pretty hopeless, so guess a deus ex is ok, and I still haven't gotten my explanation for why the magic is running out in the first place.. awesome chapter though, given what we had in the previous ones. |

| Kinda expected the King to betray the Exceed eventually seeing as he's so greedy with magic. And Erza and Gray to the rescue...somehow. Hopefully there will be an explanation. |

| It's probably only the Dragon Slayers who can't use magic in Edoras. I remember something similar happening during the Festival arc where Gajeel and Natsu couldn't leave Fairy Tail, but the only conditions were that those above 80, or were stone statues couldn't pass. Dragon Slayers really do get special treatment. ^^ |

But I did not expect the kingdom to rise up against the Exceed. Not the best chapter but better than what we have had in awhile. 3/5 |
| A declaration of war against the Exceed, huh? I wasn't expecting that. This chapter was awesome! Can't wait for Erza vs. Erza...! I wonder how they got free from the lacryma crystal and why they can use magic though. It'll probably be explained in the next chapter. |
