Its official folks, Shakugan no Shana III Final is now as of today is 10 years old

2011 was truly a turning point of a era changing from one to another with it ending before SAO started the isekai boom as people say in 2012
Gone are the days when Rie Kugimiya was the supreme voice actor in which you could never escape her voice

like how you could never escape Matsuoka Yoshitsugu after he did SAO

And also for better or worst we can thank the popularity of Shana and Rie for completely ruining the definition of what a Tsundere is with J.C. STAFF type casting her year after year as a stuck up flat chested bitch as some would say 5 times in total through 2005-2011

Id also like to just say thank you Static-Subs & Eclipse Productions 10 years later for subbing the show back when it was airing, despite not being perfect you guys did a great job and can't thank you enough honestly for helping people watch this amazing show from now a old forgotten era

I know we still have to wait until January 7 for the 10 year anniversary of Zero no Tsukaima F

But I feel now a good a time as ever to ask how everyone feels now with the era which started with Shana has reached a 10 plus year anniversary for all its seasons, do you miss the era? Are you happy with how things have changed in the past 10 years? Or do you feel that the more things change the more they stay the same in the end?

Wouldn't this be better on the series board?

Anyways, Shakugan no Shana was a truly nice surprise, I plan to rewatch it one day and give my thoughts on it then. Really good story.

As for III, probably my 2nd most favourite out of the three parts but had some tremendous storytelling for sure.

Ah well I mostly wanted to focus on the era of which it existed in so felt AD was best place since the topic of the thread is celebrating the anniversary of the end of the era of which was the one before our current era in which its like passing the torch from one generation to the next

Shana is my favourite anime but in terms of relevance in todays fandom its really a product of its time of the era it was popular

The series board is as good as dead.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

I've never watched it, it's been on my watch list since forever. Maybe i'll give it a try after finishing K-ON.
The opening themes are amazing!
You can buy lossless digital music from your favorite Japanese artists on https://ototoy.jp/.
The songs are all DRM-free and you can re-download your purchased albums as you wish.
Show your support to your favorite artist if you can!
ps. if you are looking for Japanese albums, you have to search it in Japanese (not romaji). Just copy and paste the name.

I highly recommend it.
I miss Mami Kawada but she did get married with the guy who did the theme song composition for the series so got to look on the bright side of things

Ahhh that one show I will never finish. Watched up to Season 1 episode 21. The next day, I started Season 2 episode 22 and finished the last couple of episodes. Then I wondering wtf happened when I started Season 2 episode 1.

1/10 garbage show

I remember when 3 was coming out and being pumped to see it, but I got distracted by school and shit so I never ended up finishing it. Maybe now is the time to finally rewatch the entire series.

Truly a series that left its mark on the anime landscape and, alongside others, defined the mid-to-late 2000s. The setting, characters and especially the events of Season 3 still remain ingrained in my memory as something I still haven't seen replicated elsewhere.

May Shakugan no Shana remain in our hearts.

Its technically not magic, the stuff with the Gods technically magic but the series actually just uses the idea of changing the properties of the material world

Its like the philosopher's stone from FMAB
