| Personally I would like to see another season as Berserk is one of my very very fav shows but its quite awkward with this CGI/art style to come back to after so many years watching first Berserk and then going with the manga to catch up with the story. Unfortunately there have been a hiatus (or rather multiple of) and the manga have been progressing extremally slowly so I just left it until hopefully it will get loaded again with chapters within further years, and they got this anime version out in the meantime. I guess its still quite decent, pretty cool more or less going up and down with its greatness and its just kinda almost impossible to go lame just because of the Berserk franchize itself, however it really is not the greatest, it lacks that feel i used to get from the series. Still ballsy though like diluted and less substantial. Im somewhat worried and concerned if Berserk can keep its glory towards its end coming sooner or later. I watched both on crunchyroll premium and I strongly advize anyone and everyone to get it as you can support the industry and its not a lot of money from a single watcher but all together as the very fans of anime and manga industry we can make a relatively great positive change with our gesture. |

| Well I really hope they will finally continue with the next season... Its been way too long by now The CGI was the unfortunate downfall of the season 2 I think, so maybe they will make it as the Kingdom season 2 & 3 recently released, back to the epic art style Even still, if it was in its previous CGI I would obviously go for it regardless, but man it really does feel at least a bit off no matter right |

| Not to revive a dead topic, but I've just finished the second season and while, yeah, the CGI is awful, I could digested it with ease. I was hoping for a 3rd season after the last, open ended espisode. What a bummer, I wanted to see Guts battling Griffith animated... well then... I started the series after listening to a band that got its inspiration from the series (their first album was named "berserker") and I wanted so see why. I get it know. Too bad we won't get a 3rd season. I don't like to read manga. Still images do nothing for me. |
