| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Never was a big fan of Gakuto so this episode's duel wasn't interesting to me. In fact, it felt more filler.... Maybe next episode will get better with the next duel. |

| Duel was pretty hype. Bit convoluted to force a draw so that the Yuga/Luke would be winner-take-all, but I guess it was the only way to maintain both the "be yourself" lesson and the tournament stakes. Much better episode than last week's. |
| ^^ can't blame stark if he don't like Gakuto. Playstyle-wise, I am more fond of Romin's deck as per Duel Links but the Rulers aren't a joke, that's for sure. And Gakuto bringing Maxs to a tie is pretty darn impressive indeed |
