California has no law saying who can and can't pick up ballots or set up drop boxes to pick up those ballots. Do the gun shops and churches even have signs advertising that they have these drop off boxes? |

Do the gun shops and churches even have signs advertising that they have these drop off boxes? I don't know about if the Churches and gun shops have announcements, tho word can spread from the mouth and stuff. And about the law, no there is no law saying that you can't do it, but making so your service seem to be one thing when it is another is Perjury if I'm not mistaken, but I need a lawyer to confirm. |

| Allowing ballet harvesting itself is the problem. But Jerry Brown signed the law allowing such four years ago in California. So the only thing then is that some of the boxes have been labelled 'official'. But fundamentally, after the 'official is removed' I don't see much difference between this and the democrat volunteers who go door to door to collect ballets on behalf of their party. Of course this all hinges on whether the ballets in these unofficial boxes are being turned over to the right agency. From everything I've read there's no indication of any foul play in that regard. |
