well, just wait until it's fixed. it happened a lot after the Ishigami arc. it's because too much people rated it at one time. My guess the final score will be more or less 8.9. anyway sorry for rip english. I'm still studying hehe

The show finished airing, so a lot of people are inputting their scores on the show. The score is dipping for sure, but the score is lagging due to the number of inputs.

unless its complete garbage, the animes score usually go up when the airing is finished, not down. (especially not an almost -0.30 in one go in the score)

after a couple of weeks/months now yes, the score usually starts to go down.

I agree that the 0.3 drop margin is quite a bit, but I'm pretty sure that most shows drop after they stop airing.

Perhaps it's another bug. Another, because several days ago something similar happened with the score. It's strange that after such short period of time a similar error might've occurred; like, I can't believe that after one day a show with rather a stable mean score goes around -0.30 just like that.

I don't think people here have much problem if the score has dropped naturally, I mean ss1 score was dropped as well yet people still fine with it. Just in this case that the score moved up and down in a wide range and short period, that people don't know what is the real score anymore.

It's been above 8.7 for the entire season, with the score slowly increasing. After episode 11 it shot up like .03-.06 which makes sense as that episode was very good. Episode 12 came out and that same jump happened again. We'll probably see another jump or decline next Saturday when the free funimation watchers get access (although I'm leaning towards jump).

I do agree that it seems a bit high but imo it only seems that way because of the other stuff that is in the top 20. Is Kaguya S2 a solid 8.7-9? Yeah, I'd definitely agree so! Does Kaguya S2 deserve to be one of the top 25 anime on MAL? No, probably not! And I say that as a large fan of the series (caught up with the manga months before this season aired).

The 8.6 thing is most likely a bug or glitch or something, but if you look at the actual numbers, it's been above 8.7 the entire season.

TLDR: I think it deserves it's score, I don't think it deserves to be in the top 25. And yes, the score and placement are lagging. Just do the math yourself

I don't get if you quote me or the other guy. What I mean is people don't praise it when its score suddenly jump up, so there's no point in saying fanboy are crying because the score goes down to 8.6x.

I didn't say anything about a score is high or low, I never care about score ranking or "deserve" thing
