| Dumbest - Yoshiko Hanabatake from Aho Girl. I mean, the title means literally "dumb girl". And she's the girl in question, so. Smartest - If it comes down to it, I wanna say L. Light has his academics, but the way he finally got caught was ridiculous and the only reason he tricked L was because he was a lying sociopath that got close to him, not really because he was smart. L was naive, yeah, but that doesn't mean he was less clever for it. |

He never made any mistake, and his downfall was entirely Mikami's fault. Goku is definitely not dumb, he's a bit below average or maybe even average |
