Will this air right after magical index is done, or will it come during fall 2019? There wont air both spin offs at the same time right?

One probably during Summer Season and the other during Fall Season or both at once during either Summer or Fall Season since both are confirmed for 2019. Whichever route they go for, it’s surely going to be tedious for the Staff so I’d highly advice you to not go into this expecting some fine animation.

Hard to say, Most likely summer season in a few weeks, I suspect they have been working on this and Index for quite some time, You could tell allot of the 1st half of index S3 was done a while ago in terms of animation quality, Also in terms of sales Rail gun does very well so I don't think they will slack on the animation. Also It sounds as if they genuinely feel for the fans with the long wait, So they are trying to get these out asap now.

I think that this show will air in Fall....Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator airs in Summer.

Season three of Rail gun will be most like be aired at summer because until now Majutsu season 3 is still airing. And now it's still at episode 23 for now .

It will not be at summer as that timeslot has been taken to Accelerator anime.

Chances are Fall would be the preferred season of choice. Most of the To Aru seasons have started during Fall after all. Plus, I highly doubt JC Staff would try to take upon two versions of a beloved franchise in one go.

If anything, I am just glad the director is still the same. Even though Index III didn't turn out so well, I actually have very little worry for Railgun 3. Nagai is probably the main reason why I have always preferred the Railgun anime over the Index anime.

This may be delayed as we know....that there are a lot of new anime's.... This may be released in the late 2019... As you may know.... But for some who can't wait.. Read the manga.... Just like I did... Lol..... And it is great.. Still.... Wish we can see or watch the anime earlier than what I expected....
