As far as I've seen, the quality overall is good, the thing is how we're used to see the characters/design style and when we will be used to the new ones. Differences between the LN/Anime and the manga also may happen, while further conflict between manga and future anime adaptations (Zokuowari for example) with different art styles might be problematic.

Anyways, it's one step further for the franchise which is good no matter how.

When I saw the art for the first time, I thought the characters looked way too serious, but, thankfully, it has some comedic moments in the style of Monogatari, and the puns and banter between the characters are still there, so it's all fine.

Respecting the artsyle, the characters design are of my liking, though Hanekawa looks a bit off (it will be a matter of getting accustomed to it, I guess), and I love how badass some of the shots of the manga looks, by example.
I'm satisfied with the art in that regard. The author also is skillful enough to get the monologues right without crowding the pages too much, which is appreciated.

That Kanbaru cameo though. Hachikuji and Nadeko also looked good at the end.

And that's all I can said. I liked it, it was a good adaptation and they got the comedy and dialogues right. Cannot wait to read the next one and see how Meme is in this artstyle. Too bad the manga is monthly, since it will took ages to catch up with the anime... If they go past Bakemonogatari, that's is.
