THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

That is one crafty sniper rifle...

Looks like more supernatural shenanigans going down in the forest. Feels like the episode did a neat job at making a usage of the character morals while giving a glimpse of the character capabilities. That butterfly tear technique is really one to take notice.

I guess she seduces them and they become like excited zombies
It's annoying that they do not get together and go kill the emperor and become the king. But I guess it follows the line of Japanese history
The question isn't "What anime do you like?" That is merely a list.
The question is "Why do you like it?" That tells a story. Your story.

I know the girls are ninja but going alone to check that castle was reckless after all I don’t think they specialize in the art of infiltration/info. gathering like Namenbo I hope they don’t pay their mistake with their life.

It's been a long time without someone dying. I'm sure the two will be the following

I also think it was very imprudent. They had to wait for Namemba and do something with her

The girls took a big risk going there alone, but I believe the others will help them.
Hachirou don't want to sacrifice his friends, but this doesn't mean he needs to ignore them...

So Hachirou is deep solid with his creed: he does not want any blood of his cared ones to be shed but only his own.
That Monk is correct, set aside past grudges and cooperation of both factions is needed.
5/5.

I got a feeling everyone will die by the end just like the last series.

Why that guy got a ball sack as a chin?

Wow this is sequel to basilisk or this is some shonen dogshit. I mean in the OG (season 1) it doesn't matter how strong your ninja magic you are going to get rek by a couple of guards if they spot you that's why they hide behind the shadow like a real ninja. A couple of ninjas can take out a fucking small army???? What is this shit! Naruto?

So disappointing......

Is it just me or did the Art style reverted to the Old series in the beginning of the episode when they showed us Tenkai talking to the old Shogun (never got over this guy chin btw)?
