| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It starts faster than expected and having a scene for Adol unlocking magic is a surprise, I imagined that the ability would simply be absent I don't understand why Adol and the goddesses designs were "90s-ified" when the OAVs came right after the previous ones. 4/5 |

| So, Adol is now on Ys, and the people living there have no idea that there's a world outside of it. Will he be able to convince them otherwise? Regarding the character designs, they're not bad, but I preferred the look of the previous Ys anime. |
