| At least once -in the morning- everyday, and that's usually a pretty long shower too. Sometimes twice (second time usually in the evening then) in specific situations. Even if I overslept and don't have the time to do everything before going to work/an appointment, I will still shower and simply skip eating instead to gain time. Doing the contrary would be unthinkable for me. |

| I usually shower every night before going to bed but sometimes I skip if I've just been laying down all day xD I read somewhere that it's not healthy to shower every day.I can't really see myself doing it rarely so maybe I should stick to the same routine but once in a couple of days I will wash off only with water. Look what I've found: Zeichner and Hirsch say that showering too often (particularly in hot water) can dry out and irritate skin, wash away the good bacteria that naturally exists on your skin, and introduce small cracks that put you at a higher risk of infection. Both doctors say that parents should not bathe babies and toddlers daily. | Showering everyday is useful in hot regions. In Summer I shower every 1-2 days and in Winter I shower usually Wednesdays and Sundays in the evening, but I am still washing my hair every 1-2 days. |
