(Discussion) The connection between Fate Stay Night and Fate Zero.

Yeah, I know what I said, and I know that Fate Zero is a prequel to Fate Stay Night.

I've been wondering about something, after watching UBW and Zero, I was very interested as to how these 2 contrasted each other, one was full of darkness, the other was full of hope.

So besides the fact that these one's a prequel and the other is the main work, how do you think these two connect/opposed with each other, taking the VN into consideration of course.

(This is my first post, I'm new to MAL, please go easy on me :) )
