| i think all 7 member will be popular/basic about app RPG (game) and i still have no idea what appmonverse try to do will they really re create whole digital version digimon into app version? i mean they don't even called digital life form |

| I was actually enjoying this up until they started parodying minecraft I know this takes place in modern times and minecraft is a game little kids enjoy watching and playing but I'm just tired of minecraft. At least they finally showed of a digimon (appmon whatever) I actually liked and he looks evil or the stereotypical loner/punk/emo type. |

| i knew that App Gattai was going to fail somehow, in a previous scene Gatchmon said it would take sometime before he could use it again. Lol. hard with Sukasimon  |

| imagine in the final episode, and they did the app gattai then it was Sukasimon that appeared.. bad end.. I kind of like the concept of the new "digimons" so far.. my only gripe is the digivice voice during functions, it really grates on my ears.. wish they just opted for the classic digivolve with a cool catchy bgm.. the effect of losing Koji Wada is already showing it signs, I'm missing his great songs already.. :'c |

| RPG themed episode, mainly Dragon Quest I guess, that mimic chest is something very characteristic of DQ. DoGatchmon doesn't seem to carry on the search gimmick so far. I'm gonna guess it will be the go to evolution for a while. That scene in the beginning with the green ninja and Gatchmon really reminded of Xros wars, just fuse more than 2 mons and this show is literally Xros Wars. Oh look it's the "let's go on a quest to collect the 7 <insert something here> in order to achieve something" trope. That Fusion failure reminds of Fat Gotenks, and how in Digimon World 1 and Redigitze if you fail to take care of Agumon or any rookie mon properly they turn into that disgusting Numemon, fuck that guy. Edgelord rival(?) appears, that Leviathan better be worth being "the final boss". Oh look it's the "fighting doesn't solve everything, sometimes a green haired boy in a red sweater can talk his way through" episode. Alright episode, it set the foundations of this anime and moved the plot forward. Man this show is incredibly self aware.  |

| Hero: "Incredible! It even looks like CG!" Me: zut, monsters in permanent CG! Roleplaymon looked like the swordman creature from Kirby games. The device voice when collecting "rare" medals is ugly. I wasn't expecting a "medallium" completion to be the initial quest of the show, but at least it doesn't look like it will last long. 3.5+/5 thanks to today's theme. @Drake1000 Maybe a cell app version of Leviamon? (if only to make a parallel with past TV shows who always relied on a Demon Lord for the big bad role) |
