| Summer. Winter is cancer. It's freezing cold, all plant life is dead, and you can't walk around just anywhere, because there's piles and piles of snow everywhere, and I HATE snow. I have a funny feeling that most of the people in this thread who say they prefer Winter probably live in the central/southern US, and don't have to deal with snow. If you lived up where I am, trust me, you'd hate Winter. |

| As a child I loved winter, being inside and getting warmed up after a nice walk outside while watching the snowflakes fall is just sooooo comfy. Then the last years I preferred summer since I could go jogging and do stuff with friends outside. But now I think I prefer winter again for some rather depressive reasons :P |

| I must say that I prefer winter, but I prefer fall to all seasons. I like it because being cold is better than being hot, it smells good outside (yes), I sometimes get days off school because of the snow, Christmas is during the winter (I just love hearing Christmas songs play... and the smell of Christmas trees)... yes, winter is better. |

| As a Car Driver, I definitely prefer Summer over Winter, because I don't like having to drive slowly and take more Time on the Way + having to allot some Time to scratch off Ice at the Front Window. I also dislike seeing less because of Fog during the cold Seasons and I don't like having to deal with sudden Black Ice and more People driving their Cars because of the colder Temps. If I had everything in walking Distance of no more than ~15-30 Minutes, then I would like Winter more because I like how Snow and Ice look like and the Sound Snow makes when you step on it. |
| Both are pretty horrible, but I'd have to go for summer. Curse the bugs and heat, but where I live, the heat isn't too bad. While the cold and snow gets worse every single year. Especially the cold. I didn't have a problem with it before, but my body is seriously sensitive to whenever it gets cold. I always have cold feet/fingers, then it magically surrounds my whole body for the rest of the day unless I tuck myself in a very warm blanket.. |

| I don't know, I like both equally for separate reasons. Winters come with big storms, school cancellations, and reasons to stay at home in pajamas all day. On the other hand, school ends during the summer, thunder storms are quite nice, and you can't forget those days in which it isn't too hot to exist. tl;dr they're both fine. |
