| Hm, it was a good episode... Not great, but okay. Jonathan kind of annoying, though I did find it funny how Sora treated Jonathan way better than she treats Fool. XD Thought they'd spend more time training Jonathan... Maybe in another episode - another time. |

| Well, a baby seal is certainly a much cuter (and less creepy) pet than a sassy midget clown. Of course this episode follows anime logic, because no one considers giving the seal to the animal welfare or whatever, but then again... it is an anime. For a simple little story this really works, and it works as characterization for Sora, too! She is hardworking, kind of stubborn, but always with the best intentions! And once again her friends are there for here which was great to see! |
| Sora wants to take care of that seal and no one is going to convince her otherwise. She knows well how she needed help when her parents died, and she just wants to make sure that Jonathan (that name rofl) can live happily, exhausting herself working to get the money to buy the food if needed included, very heartwarming. |

| I believe Jonathon is actually a sealion, not a seal; the external ears and the way he uses flippers as feet on land are telltale signs. Seems to have been a mistake somewhere. This series is pretty serious in tone for a kids' show and there are scene in the episode which keep to that but the story really is a kid fantasy about picking up a wild animal off the ground and making it a pet because it's cute which is a weird turn to take. |
| Sora, the super single mom. I thought she was going to get the lesson of having to leave Jonathan but nope, she can keep it! lol Ken and Fool were funny this episode. |
