| Depends on a year season: if it is summer, then only in a heavy rain (I like rains when it is hot =) ), but if it is autumn or spring, then every time when it rains, because it doesn't feel good to stay at the rain when it is cold. |

| Right when it starts drizzling. I don't like water gettin on my head, it makes my hair look like crap. Plus, I wear glasses and it's annoying to have to keep wipin water droplets off of them. |

| I live in a rainy city. I have an umbrella with me at all times and pull it out for the lightest of drizzles. I hate getting my clothes wet. That and HAIR. |

| one of the things i hate the most is umbrella. opening it pisses me off. closing it pisses me of. holding it pisses me off. so i avoid all kind of umbrellas and walk proudly in the rain getting all wet. |

| I have a rain coat. But I use umbrella sometime, just in case a certain opportunity for romantic scenarios appear, you know, seeing a girl standing there with no umbrella, so I offer her mine instead. Yeah, I can dream. XD |
