| I want pokemon to be interesting like it used to be. Maybe black and white was when I grew out of pokemon anyways but I guess the same thing can only entertain me for so long Contests are stupid IMO and we should go back to the glory days of gym battles, where it's not the prettiest or the coolest, but where it comes down to strength and wits to win the battle |

| I wouldn't mind having a female lead competing with Ash for the League, but that would be better if they would do their gym battles for separate, as travelling together would made a repetitive situation of one episode for Ash battling and another episode for the female lead battling. So far, the closest thing to that was Misty and she wasn't really a rival for Ash except in some occasions (capturing Totodile, the Whirl Cup...) and she wasn't ever a threat into Ash's goals. |

| I just want her to be a competitive trainer. Like Iris in B&W, she wanted to be a dragon master and was journeying for that purpose. Don't get me wrong here, I don't mind contests and stuff, but the series needs more actual trainer battles, not beauty pageants. Black & White did that and it's my favourite series because of it. May, Hoenn's heroine, was fine since Hoenn introduced contests. Dawn, Sinnoh's heroine, still fought via contest battles and those were interesting. Serena... I mean, I don't like how Kalos just removed the battle part of contests altogether... |

| I hadn't watched since original series until XY but I really like Serena, well I think I gave up a bit after watching some with May in maybe. But I hope Serena gets to stay as she's such an adorable companion for Ash and she's so loyal, I can't see why she'd leave him and there's the crush she has on him. I actually really like the performance showcase competitions now in it, I think it adds something new to something that got tiresome a while ago. I think they should try and add more new aspects to it like that, new innovative things the characters can do with their Pokemon. |

Bruh it's great, not only did they drop the whole "noob ash" they also made him a very powerful and well written main character. XY is like a 7.5 and XYZ is among my favorite animes in a looooong time. Mainly due to the main cast being so dynamic, they actually support one another instead of just being there for the sake of having multiple loads. Serena is such a great and fleshed out character. I just knew XY would be great as it is from the same writers of origins. Not only are the characters amazing, but the battle animations are top notch, I have never seen them so dynamic in my anime career. Ash and Serena are the main attractions of XY As there is tons and tons of Armour shipping between them as well. The league is about to begin and it'll be the best league pokez will ever have. I believe Ash is going to win, or at least end up in the top 4 with his team. Besides the anime promotes "Ash is dominating the league with Ash Greninja" It's great to be a pokemon fan this year. |

| Just saw the news that there will be no gym battles but Ash going to school and his goal is to graduate. I don't know what to expect about Sun and Moon anime but i will give it a few episodes try if the promo of it will looks good. |
