| Rebuild of Evangelion 1:01: You Are (Not) Alone on sale for about $22 at FYE. Before watching the movie, I was aware of the fact that it was the first installment of a film remake of the Evangelion series, but I wasn't prepared for a nearly frame-by-frame, scene-by-scene polishing of the first 7 episodes. I do have high hopes for the second film, though, since that's, from what I here, where the movie series starts to deviate from the storyline of the original series. |
