The VN has her with Kozou as her ending.. She wants to break the relationship because while she loves him(she flat out tells him this in a genuine expression which we haven't seen since Reborn and uses his first name) she think their relationship is too messed up to carry on and will eventually get caught and more likely Kozou will catch a lot of trouble. Airi isn't attracted to anyone else except Kozou.. Same goes with Marina.. Can't say the same for Sana since she's had sex with Marina's boyfriend(Sana didn't know) and the principle but she was drugged. Besides as big of a pervert she is she's not going to like being in a gangbang unless it's a slew of Kozous and Airis both of whom she's attracted to the most |

| the anime never was following the vn really, i see this anime going down south to ntr and ntr usually never is done well by anyone. They cheat on their man but the reason is always stupid and endings are vague lol and most times little to no closure. |

They're actually playing it like the Father is the good guy now, or at least the lesser of two evils. I think the anime has a thing going for it where it does one "series" adapting the VN and one "series" as a spin-off. That's what I think anyways seeing how all over the place the story telling is. Doubt it's going for NTR though. |
