Akame is in 2nd place. I really liked Chelsea and was pretty upset that she was killed off so fast. |

| No-one, Main will die soon enough, I imagine Leone will too. Akame may live, but I don't really see a relationship forming between them. The fact he is actually in a relationship with Main now makes it super unlikely to be anyone else after she dies. |

As for the main topic, I'd also say he'll stay alone. Even if Mein will miraculously make it through some of the next bigger fights alive, I'm sure she'll die sooner or later. I expect him to prioritize fighting the kingdom once he loses Mein over everything else. Let alone that Esdese seems to be out of the picture now and there was no romantic development between Akame and Tatsumi in any way. So not seeing another ship resurfacing any time soon. Maybe the mangaka has other things in mind, though. |

I just find it hard to introduce Akame into the romantic equation at this point without making it another unrequited love. Another way to seamlessly turn Tatsumi x Akame into a couple is to make the MC disappear for awhile. After Mein dies, have him withdraw for a couple years, then come back to challenge Esdeath. By that time, it won't feel weird to anyone if Akame and Tatsumi hooks up. |
