| Great and touching Ranma x Akane episode. And second half with Ranma x Ryouga was so funny! :)) |
| Very touching with Akane's tears. Unexpected but at the same time logical. A nice surprise in this otherwise very light anime. |
| I felt really bad when I saw poor Akane cry, but she seems to have accepted everything now. Lol, that old woman went on a trip with Ryoga who is a little pig too. |

| I don't get why Ranma has to take all the blame when it was Ryoga's attack that cut her hair. Usually I don't like short hair on anime girls, but on Akane I feel like not much changed tbh. |
| For some reason the first half of the episode reminded me of Maison Ikkoku. Akane doesn’t look bad with short hair but I will miss long hair Akane. Kinda BS that her long hair didn’t make it past the 8th episode. But hey at least the reasoning wasn’t cliche like most anime. Who could've expected Ryouga to be a pig? The bath scene at the end was pure gold. Next episode probably gonna be even better. I'm loving the consistent continuity of this series so far cos I thought it'd be more like Urusei Yatsura from the start. |
| I see what they tried to do in the first half of this episode, by making every character’s reaction to Akane’s short hair be “it fits you better” or “you look cuter this way” they’re trying to make the audience think the same way, well it’s not gonna work on me lol, Akane 100% looked better and more unique before, I kinda agree with a post I saw in the last thread, she looks more like a side character now. That being said tho, I did like that she got over Tofu Sensei and is back to herself now, it’s just a shame they went with the classic haircut = development thing that they like doing in Japan lol. And i absolutely was not expecting Ryoga to also transform when wet, into a pig even lol, and the bath scene was great and was made even better when you realize what was about to happen lol. Next episode is gonna have a wild start. |
