| So funny when Hana-chan turned to the camera and replied to Tohru LMFAO xDD Hana-chan's so beautiful. She is definitely my dark goals <33333 I love wearing all black with my long black hair too X) if only I had more elegant clothes hahah. Time to do some shopping C: Haru in the next ep plssssssss! |
| Haha Kyou and Yuki really sounded like mothers worrying for their child, so cute ^^ Wish they had said it made them happy to be with her for the new year too. I liked the mochi part as well: they really infantilise her too much and the anime pointed it out, nice! I mean, they cannot even wash the dishes... Anyway, my wish for the future episodes is for Tohru to become less selfless! Onwards to episode 9. |

| I love this anime so much, it is so wholesome and so many great anime moments!! Two boys facing each other for a girl is also way more relatable to a male watcher (me) then in shounen romance with all those girls. |
| God, seeing Tohru be so happy is one of the most precious things to happen all day, it’s really amazing just how infectious her smile is. Now here I am, smiling along like an idiot at night haha. On the episode as a whole, it was really good, gotta love Hana-Chan and her wavy dialogues. Hopefully, things won’t end up taking a bad turn for the Soma boys cause of them skipping the banquet |

| sad and touching as i remember this episode from the first series, perhaps less funny though. (in good way) shigure: you reap what you saw so badass. but i feel the whole story is cling to those hints. |

| Another fantastic episode. They must protect Tooru at all costs. |
| God Tohru you really don’t want to be a burden on anyone, but most important, your friends really seem to care about you a great deal. So sweet of Saki to think about her friend and persuade Yuki and Kyo to not learn her alone on New Year’s Eve because she knows that Tohru will be depressed because of her mum long gone. Even Arisa decided to check up on her with a phone call even though she had to deal with her dad being an alcoholic XD Akito and Kagura are definitely the most unstable people of the Souma family so far. With the boys skipping out on the banquet, who knows what’s gonna happen next. Yet another Souma speaking of which, got introduced in this episode which I no doubt will be focused on in the next one is Hatsuharu. Who incidentally enough, has the same voice as Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho, Justin Cook. Very emotional episode and a great one at that. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I really, really, really want to protect Tohru. She’s such an innocent soul to me. |
