| Ugh, like half of this is kinda charming but the other half is your standard issue garden variety rapey BL garbage. The MC is the only reason I could even finish the episode. |

| I picked it up because of MAL's post on Facebook, without reading the synopsis, and without any expectations and it still let me down. I'm an old BL fan, but all those borderline rape plotlines just don't stand with me. Why do they have to make it so intense? Consent is sexy, this bullcrap is totally not. I literally cringed at the first scene and laughed at the second, because it was so ridiculous. Sorry, I'm just so upset at this. So many beautiful BL mangas, and this is what they pick for an anime? |

| The animation is truly amazing, love it so. Takato is especially interesting with his viewpoints and so is Junta in terms of coming across as an angel but having a strong cunning streak. Master meets master really, they have excellent dynamics. Did write a review for some context for this episode and the series in general, yaoi series have always done whatever the heck they wanted, never mind what anyone else says. Also, like I say love both people, they are precious. |

The target demographic is people who enjoy seme/uke stuff or like stuff that's more "trashy", it's sort of a fetish? It's not appealing to LGBTQ crowds or anything so if that's why you're watching you should drop it. If you're like me and enjoy to laugh at weird things, I'd say continue it, but otherwise, this anime isn't really for you. |

| Another one of those story. I was expecting something different. Can't we have an anime/manga that depicts a homosexual relationship accurately?? Not everything is about sex, y'know. Btw, I skimmed through the manga of this anime. It's even worse. The blond raped the mc in the very first chapter. Yet, the mc still fell for him. Wtf. stardew said: i can't agree more. | Relatively good. So far, nothing super out of the ordinary or new. Good that they're both adults and not teens or barely 18. I had a sigh of disappointment at Azumaya's actions but it's kinda typical for a yaoi... and to be expected given the title of this series. He's not as bad as he could be but according to some other posts on here supposedly he goes farther in the manga. Otherwise, good animation, sound is good. Seme and Uke are somewhere between fine and good, given that they're not really out of the ordinary although they're not necessarily boring. I wonder how this would have worked if even this episode alone was paced out a lil more, although I do understand that they're limited to 13 episodes, so. Curious to see where this will go |

| L O L Makoto x Haru fans are really having a field day with this one. I did think like Azumaya looks like Makoto but it was really that ED that brought out their resemblance. Bishified version definitely, not that I’m complaining. That manager tho. Sasaki cracks me up. Totally not helping LOL |

In any case I have no idea whose fantasy this is catering to. If they were going to have the love interest be a rapist, they should have at least gone all the way into full edgy-kink territory to make it believable, instead of going halfway and making something confusing. Extremely disappointing as this episode could've still gone mostly the same route but without rape being involved. But I'll keep watching it as I expect future episodes to be better. I really have no idea who in their right mind thinks scenes like this make sense or add anything to the plot. It just makes me cringe so much. |
