Aww, poor Kaori. She should accept the reality that whatever she does, she'll just be a 2nd waifu at best. Hajime owes his life to Yue. Anyway, I prefer Kaori to Yue when it comes to looks.

@Zerath07 hes basically saying i have harem so ur either in it or out but u can't get me all to urself

he loves all of them but Yue is special and he did it to spear Kaori's feelings like if u cant accept that i love multiple women get lost for ur own good

Anyway the gang is looking for the 4th(?) labrynth

So yeah this basically was like half an arc or so, the gang goes to the labrynth and gets separated, mr mc and kaori talk a bit aaand what happens next time? next time.
Presumably the labrynth will be wrapped up in ep 6 and then they'll deal with the conspiracy in ep 7 or so

I dunno if its just me but I still havent noticed any difference in the ed, maybe its only obvious side by side

Glad we didn't take the child along this time hope it stays that way.
Definitely noticed some skips quite clearly this episode, even some jumps in logic, presumably he spent a lot of time just searching underwater which is never shown and I guess at some point randomly figured out that the medallion is powered by the moon and shows them the way yet there's no real explanation for this. Aside from that of course a lot of other bad writing but overall comparing it to season 1 especially the second half of season 1, this does seem a bit more interesting overall. Also I guess it's quite rare to see a "harem protagonist" with the sensibility to explain why polygamy doesn't work.
Of course naturally the bad writing is gonna find a way to "make it work" but realistically even with established favoritism, everyone would "suffer" under it even Yue.
Though I'm willing to leave all that aside because it's fantasy and even though any and all forms of polygamy are generally a horrible idea IRL never really work and usually end badly, it's just fantasy so obviously it oversimplifies humans and relationships. So considering all that it was a bit positively surprising to see him even just address one of the issues and calling out how that's unhealthy and a bad idea. (even if it's with the goal to make the "harem concept" work)

He's a bit of a dick, but mad respect for being upfront about Him and Yue to Kaori instead of stringing her along / leaving her in the dark. Shows he still cares

I agree with Nagumo, ever since Kaori joined she's darkened the mood of the whole group with her drama. I get that she's liked him even before when he's a dorky loser but still. Shea and Tio joined and they know their place in the group while Kaori's just annoying really.
