| I just put in my initial profile request in yesterday and it was ready this morning, but everything's blank it says I've watched 0 anime, read 0 manga, have 0 friends, been on MAL for unknown years ect. Maybe my connection is unstable like those other posters a few days ago but would that cause everything to be blank? I don't know if I did anything wrong, I think I may have entered my names as vesey rather than Vesey but it still links back to my MAL profile so I don't think it's a case sensitivity. http://mal.oko.im/Vesey/profile |
| Recent changes in MAL's API prevent us from getting any data until we're whitelisted. rr- added what's needed and I contacted Xinil to put us on the list. I hope it won't take too long. |

Thank you for the response, I read the comments after posting in this thread and figured it might have something to with that, but glad to get confirmation because I was really unsure with how blank it was. What a bummer though, oh well, not the first time I had to wait. |

| Mine got updated about 14 hours ago. Only now I only have 280 anime, while on MAL I have 1673 anime. Edit: My MALgraph profile is now at 1672, again missing one series. For some reason either all/most my anime disappears or I miss one when the list updates. I haven't had correct stats since about 3 weeks. |

| I thought it would update by now but... In the Missing titles area Injuu Kyoushi the hentai is linked to the children's Bikkuriman franchise. I saw this months ago and requested MAL to remove the relation for obvious reasons. Which they did. But MALgraph still shows them together. Which seems odd since it actively gives Missing titles to brand new shows so it's scanning the DB right? |
| I reset the franchise of all Injuu Kyoushi and Bikkuriman franchises. Do you know where can I test that? There are no matches in neither of your profiles. Mehsi: Look at your anime list and see for yourself - it's 1675 titles long, exactly what MALgraph says. It's possible that the counter on your MAL profile doesn't keep track of removed titles and doesn't decrease if you had that title completed before deletion. The most extreme example would be of spacecowboy: MAL says he has completed 7536 titles, while only 6907 of them exist in the database. |
| Fri: It is indeed as long as MAL graph says, yet my profile thinks there is one mysterious one extra. It is a shame that apparently MAL doesn't remove the deleted entries from your list. At least on this moment. I have had several anime (mainly OVAs) that I finished and were deleted from MAL years ago, though the counter always updated. Maybe something to do with all the Ddos attacks/hacker stuff happening? Wow that is a really extreme example. Quite a difference between two things. Thanks for checking |

The problem with the counter is that your list probably has a "ghost entry", which arises from an entry you have added to your list and has since been deleted from the Anime DB. | I don't know if this is happening to anybody else but my MalGraph isn't working fine today. I had 324 entries last time I checked (I actually have more in MAL, but I guess it's the lag), but today this number was reduced to 154. Edit.- Nevermind, it's solved now. It was probably a temporary thing. |

| I haven't seen my Malgraph page in a while so I just checked on it an it hasn't been updated in almost 17 days. Wow. I thought about it and it occurred to me - I haven't watched anything in about the same amount of time. I have added stuff to my "want to watch" list but that's about it. Does Malgraph push back users that don't watch on a certain basis? |
