| Huh I really didn't figure this one out. I had considered the water could have been fluid coming from inside the body but the quantity threw me off so I was thinking it was some sort of gas that created fluid in the lungs and I never heard of neurogenic pulmonary edema before but apparently this is actually accurate that a subarachnoid hemorrhage can cause that https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8590876/ I enjoyed the show overall and Id watch another season of this. |

| This definitely hasn't been the best anime I've watched so far this year. At least some episodes weren't bad. Some were entertaining. I won't deny that there were scenes I liked in this episode but it was boring until the diagnosis. An autopsy would have been a great help and would have saved time and trouble! It's nice to know there was no murder, oddly enough, for once... Overall; I would have liked the whole show more if it had kept more of the medical aspect. Another thing that would have improved this would have been to change some of the characters' personalities. It was simply entertaining and I think (at least) that's enough. |

| Wasn't a bad show by any means but I just couldn't get more into it, no matter how much I tried. 6/10 from here, glad that things worked out for Kotori-sensei and Takao-sensei. |

| A really lovely detective anime with a medical spin. I love detective anime in general and especially where there's a (tsun-tsun) female lead (reminded me a bit of Victorique from Gosick). I also really loved the episode pacing as it was superbly well paced and often the episode was over before realising +20 minutes passed. So all in all a wonderful watch I must say! |

| A well-crafted anime with an investigative flair and intriguing supernatural elements. Takao-sensei served as a compelling protagonist, despite her youthful character design, which initially gave the impression of a much younger girl. The supporting cast was decent overall, though Takahashi—nicknamed “Little Bird” (Kotori)—stood out the most among them. I briefly anticipated a potential romantic subplot between her and Takao-sensei, but that never materialized. The ending was satisfying and brought the season to a neat conclusion. I must admit, I didn’t see the twist involving the doctor coming—so that was a pleasant surprise! 😅😂 I realise it now but she's more like Sherlock in a sense.  I do hope we get a second season someday; I’d definitely be interested in watching it. Overall, I really enjoyed this show. Rated: 8/10 on MyAnimeList. Finished watching on August 3rd, 2025, at 23:06 IST.  |

Anyone is a lttile dissapointment that they quickly glossed over the fact that the younger brother was having an affiar with that other female doctor? Ik he was the homewrecker (if you can call it that cus nothing is really shown) and really everyone was more concerned about him being charged with murdered, but it felt weird we just moved on quickly that man was having an affair.

| @nxneil13 Funny thing is that the younger brother's mom was a homewrecker too which is why the older brother fell off the straight path. I know infidelity is rampant and common in Japan but wish there were some consequences for it in fiction at least. |
| Why was Kotori allowed to stay? The hospital is still down a man isn't it, sure Seiji's name was cleared but Koujirou got arrested. They're still down a doctor. |
