a very very good episode. legit felt like 5 minutes. my first thought after the ed played was, "is that it?".

5/5. can't wait to watch the next one.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.

I have been enjoying this anime way more than I probably should, it might be that direction is just spot on. Even tho it can be a bit obvious at times it just always delivers. Looking forward to the next episode.

Really funny episode. One thing that worries me is a kind of conflict of interests here: we got anime about a guy who wants to be (and actually is?) a shadowy figure, but at the same time it looks like a classic "secretly OP" setting that just waits to surprise everyone with protagonist's awesomeness. Whichever way it goes, I feel I'll end up not entirely happy lol.

I like the ed songs more than the last week.

Eh? The ED had a song?!!

Comedy aside, though, <this> is the reason I love doing weeklies. This burning anticipation, the need for the next episode. What a cruel, lovely cliffhanger.

Some of you probably got bogged down a bit with all the dialog, but these kinds of character interactions are gold. I love how uninhibited the princess is in private. She surely doesn't pull any punches with not-the-mc-kun. What great anti-chemistry they have.

Wait so they actually adapted a bit of the prologue of the LN in this episode, glad they didn't completely skipped it.

So pretty much just like the LN, he confesses to Alexia, she accepts and then he basically becomes her dog.

Overall a pretty decent episode, I quite liked the comedy on it and Beta on the ED was pretty nice, can't wait to see what the other EDs will have.

This series is weird. Like the first episodes didn't exist at all, suddenly we are shifted to isekai academy (like many other series).
It wasn't that bad, I think there is something building up.

Ah, so that's why Alexia seemed the most compelling out of all the characters so far, she's voiced by Kana Hanazawa. Plot wise, probably the most enjoyable episode so far, though it's nothing really crazy so far in terms of the material shown, and we just had to have more characters saying "woof" this season huh?

"WOOF!" - Reminds me of a certain other anime airing this season

Despite it's generic-looking exterior and premise, I wouldn't call it bland or boring at all; quite fun and entertaining actually. I'll be watching the whole thing with the rest of you, and will be looking forward to it every Wednesday.

This was so entertaining to watch. It is so well written and done my god. I usually absolutely despised the "im a background Mob A" trope because it has always been written so badly. But this MC makes it actually believable. We know that he is a bit delusional and in his own little world, so seeing his world shatter sometimes but then beeing parsueded by money had me giggling so hard. Love it. 10/10 show for me so far

I'm glad they showed how our crazy protagonist got Isekai'd. That was fun to watch. I also respect him continuing to try to build his shadow empire by using the princesses's fake boyfriend scheme for funding. It is definitely a plan for the shadows.

Whole episode was great, but this ending, if he have something with kidnapping he would not show up in school, and this nobles should not be so stupid. And this guy which open door on station... and even if they think he is related they should not go so direct.

Maaaaan, I just can't get enough of this anime. They've quickly answered the unexpected ending from the last episode and jumped straight ahead to a new thing, now that's what I call le speed run. It was entertaining and somewhat annoying (just because he is secretly op) seeing Cid adopt his side character mentality this much by getting fellow low-popularity friends and going along with what the Princess says. Both scenes, the one where Cid asked Alexia to be his girlfriend and where he took and ate her food were top-notch content. Seems like he is in some deep shit after seeing that ending, hope it won't play out exactly the same way as it did with his sister.

I'm actually enjoying this quite a bit, the fast pacing helps it not get too boring and the protagonist's insanity is certainly entertaining.

Him smashing his head against a rock while screaming "magic!" before jumping in front of a truck has to be one of the most memorable ways to get isekaied.

Also that joke where he does the ridiculous lean to grab the coin was funny.

I just really hope it's able to keep the MC as the butt of the joke rather than what isekai usually do by making them the ultra badass self-insert power fantasy.

And now Kana Hanazawa too, damn, this show has such a great cast.

I really like Alexia and love her chemistry with Cid. Their interactions are pretty fun to watch.

And to think that there would be two shows in the same season with protagonists "woof" to a hot girl lol.

So Cid just went crazy wanting to get magic and ended up jumping in front of a truck, ok...

That ED with Beta, goddamn! And of course, Inori Minase singing it <3.

The first actually good episode of the show, lol. I kind of wish it'd started here, sort of. Alexia is a fun character, and Cid's willingness to have absolutely no dignity and have his friends think he's a loser is pretty strong commitment to the bit. I wonder if Alexia could tell he was sandbagging. It seemed like that might have been the real reason for the break up - that she could tell he wasn't as malleable as he let on.

very funny that Cid assumed Alpha and company just ditched him, and he's okay with that.

This anime is unique to me because I think its great yet I find the main character to be trash. Generally I like the protagonists in anime I like so this is interesting. I dont understand why he wants to be so cringe, looking forward to proposing to a princess and expecting to be shot down. That's just lame. I wish he'd stop goofing around and start taking things seriously.

Cid’s school life may be in shatters. His dream of becoming a mob may not become a reality. It’s not surprise that Alexia had that kind of sadistic personality. It was obvious when she brutally rejected the guy and knew that Cid confessed to her as a result of a punishment game. Let’s see how Cid handles this mess in the next episode

It's good that this chapter returned to that subtle comedy that is in the LN, and a little exaggerated in the manga, so if you enjoy this adaptation.
