| I mean I did take a break for a while. Maybe for a year or two. But then someone recommended Future Diary to me after I said that I wanted to get back into anime. I've been here ever since. I don't think I've ever considered quitting anime and I don't plan to anytime soon c: |

| Not really. There’s always been something I could go watch that was completely different to what I just watched. If I just watched a comedy I might go and watch a Mecha anime next. I’ve certainly have had periods where I didn’t watch any anime at all but they’ve generally only last a few months. |

| No, and I don't even understand the concept of 'quitting' something like a hobby. You can just watch it whenever you want, as much as you want. What's the point in committing yourself to never touch anime again for the rest of your life? Even if you aren't into it now, you might want to come back to it eventually, or at least rewatch some of your favorites for nostalgia. There is no commitment to 'not quitting' so why put restraints on yourself? |

| I didn't watch any anime for 7 years. Now I'm watching anime again. It wasn't a conscious effort. I just don't have a specific preference for anime over other television. |
| there are times where i naturally get bored of anime and take breaks. When i’m busy with work i don’t watch so much either. As long as it entertains me and i have time I watch, when it annoys me I stop. I quit other stuff connected with anime tho for example going to conventions, cosplaying, buying merch. |

| Nope. Anime is a big chunk of my entertainment, and even though I take breaks from it time to time I would never quit outright. And even if I did stop watching anime I would still read Manga, for me it pretty much goes hand in hand. When I don't have anything to watch I look for Manga to read. |

| Anime is such a wide medium that there's no reason to quit it, its the same reason you won't quit reading books, playing games or watching movies, anime isn't one thing that you have to commit to |

| I thought about it, but it really shouldn't be a conscious decision. If you ever get tired of anime you'll just stop watching it naturally. Unless it's really interfering with your life. But even if busy you can still have a break, 20 minutes isn't that much, just be sure not to overdo it and there'll be no need to quit altogether. |

| About two times, both were because the seasonals were so bad it was even getting through my cynical-ass-skin, but I eventually came back so you could call them breaks. I'm very sure when I'm older (talking 40+) I'll still watch "good anime", as it were, A.K.A my favorites and ones that stick out over time, but not the ole "cute girls doing cute things" we see again. . . and again. . . and again. =_= |
