| Zodd saving Guts near the end felt a bit too convenient and came a bit out of nowhere, hopefully it won't abuse Deus-ex Machinas like FMAB did near the end or atleast justify why he was there. |

| The big battle is over, every relevant enemy is dead. I never expected a complete victory without any loss in the team. It's Griffith shiniest moment and his biggest victory. Zodd is still a mysterious character but he said the word "eclipse". If it was a shounen battle anime, we should have been near the end, but it's darker than that in Berserk. Well, great episode and the Queen seems really annoying. |

| Watching this battle I realized that it's more than strategy and fighting skills. At the very least, I would say it is the motivation that unlocks our most impressive abilities we may not even be aware of. |

| While watching the battle scene.. I felt like Zodd flung his sword for Guts to take it up so that Griffith's ambition won't fall ultimately.. but then, at the ned of the episode, he says that the Eclipse is drawing close.. how does he know? And, I never understand the way sex and war are intertwined.. what an ugly side to humanity. |
