| It's only 2 eps in but i can kinda see what kind of "bad writing" are they talking about like _Raghul said: and the statues with weapons vs musical instruments thing, how'd he know that?How did sung figure out that if they look away the statues will stop moving? |
| What an intense and gripping episode. The VAs really gave it 1000% conveying the terror and confusion of this hopeless dungeon raid. That evil smiling statue is just what I'd expect from an A or S Ranked boss hiding in a low ranked one. |

| In the end, Jinwoo sacrificed himself so that the rest of his party members can live. He showed true courage by staring death in the face, so I know he's going to get a huge power up as the Player. | That is a terrifying-looking god. There were some surprisingly bloody deaths in this episode. The amount of blood that was lost in the end was scary. |

| I really loved this episode. Sung may have always been the weakest member within a raid, but without his understanding of the rules within this dungeon, any of his fellow raiders would likely have suffered an immediate death. The ominous grin of this gigantic statue made it even clearer what a precarious situation Sung and the others found themselves in. And as if the episode wasn't intense and brutal enough in general, the ending took everything to the next level. I had goosebumps and Sung's voice actor did such an incredible job conveying this hopeless and desperate situation. What particularly fascinated me about his inner dialogue was the fact that he showed a human reaction, as we all have a survival instinct that would naturally come to the fore in such situations. Not a pointless, self-sacrificing attitude, but rather anger at how selfish people like Kim care more about their own lives than those of others. As if other people don't want to survive or have a family waiting for them. With unlocking the mysterious quest, the qualification to become a player and the additional question of whether Sung now wants to accept it, it seems as if he has landed in some kind of game. Since I've no clue about the exact story, its hould be interesting to see whether I am correct with this initial theory or not. Not to forget the OP is a banger. Super catchy and the visuals also suit the vibe in every aspect. |

| A very intense episode with some great moments. This episode in my opinion is better than the first with the emotional moments and action scenes. It honestly made me kind of sad when Sung stayed behind to save Joohee. The scene with all the statues attacking Sung was very cool with him wanting one more chance and him ending up as the sacrifice. |

It's so weird seeing one of those Manwha menu screens in an animated form. The exact same blue/white boxes appear everywhere in multiple different Manwha power fantasies so it kind of threw me for a loop seeing it actually moving.
This episode gave me chills just like the first time I read it. They did the Subarashii smile part justice (I wish they gave the statue audio though)
