Enjoy everything eh?
I wish I can :(
Truly a great advice, though I'm not really sure that is simple to do

Ai-chan... Embarrassing remarks aren't allowed! xD

A relaxing and pleasant episode. The Grandma's advice was nothing groundbreaking, but it was a good one anyways. Sure, having fun all the time won't get you all that far by itself, but constantly worrying about your training is not useful either. And it's kind of cool to see why Alicia fits so well in Aria company.

I know I'm just repeating myself at this point, but are there any more employees in Aria or is this it? I would be a lot more fun if it really were just Alicia and Akari.

Kind of funny how Aika contemplates about how they aren't receiving any harsh training from grandma when Akira had always been doing that.

Well, maybe Aika wanted to be trained by someone "better" than Akira, but still.

Textbook slice of life episode, which is a good thing in this case. "Let's visit an elderly woman in the countryside" is a tough concept to not make relaxing.

Wisdom in this episode, and really relaxing.

Can never get enough of that, along with Alicia's "ara ara".

Also, new OP lyrics?

"On Humans Home there is no any chance to play with dirt."
In previous episodes Akari say same thing for sea.
What happened to Earth???
Also, that wise speech from grandma near end was beautiful.
It touched my heart to tears.

Awww, this episode made my heart melt ! I'm so weak when kind old people are being kind. And the message was by far one of my favorites from the show so far ! It's a philosophy I really want to manage to adopt, and this episode made me evn more eager to fully achieve it.
And once again, this was some great development for our Undines ! This time it is Aika in particular who received it, learning that enjoying life is the most important thing to do.

You can't play with dirt as well on the Earth now?.. Hm.. Previously we heard about seas not being open.. Seems like Earth is pretty ducked, isn't it?..
Also, Aika.. Well.. I guess.. At least she got motivated, right?.. So maybe it's for the better?.. She did seek motivation after all, right?.. Even if her comments are a bit strange.. ... And.. Aika is melancholic again..
Important to like/enjoy what you work, hm..

It's so obvious that Aika is Akira's disciple, haha.
