I'm looking for something moving, or an anime with a strong story. Genres I like: Action, Fantasy, Supernatural, Drama, Romance, Thriller, Comedy (Preferably not too much since that often makes the story weaker), Psychological and Adventure.
Thanks in advance ;)

I strongly recommend you to go on with toradora and check out Clannad and Kanon for the romance part. A strong story imo check out Gosick

Thank you!
I recently downloaded Toradora, and I plan to finish it. =) I've already seen quite some episodes from Kanon, unfortunately it's not my thing. Air wasn't quite that successful for me either. However I still want to try Clanned but I'm afraid it will be the same story. :P
Gosick looks interesting.... :o I will check that one out. ^^

Cowboy Bebop (much of what you want is there, though it may take a while for it to become apparent)
Escaflowne
Fruits Basket
Rozen Maiden
Samurai 7
Sora no Woto
Howl's Moving Castle
Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica
Spice and Wolf

I've not seen Kanon or Air, but I also highly recommend Toradora and Clannad for the type of show they represent. Gosick is a fine choice for Supernatural/Thriller with romance.

There are more stories out there that can make you cry like Kobato for example.
Most recent good romance and drama story I saw was Mashiroiro Symphony I did like the ending

I agree with a lot of whats already been suggested for you. Cowboy Bebop is classic. I particularly liked Gosick and Toradora.

I would strongly urge you to give Monster a try as I see it in your "To Watch" list and it is amazing. Psychological, Thriller, Drama, and a feeling of Supernatural are all strongly present. Comedy here and there helps balance out a powerfully moving anime. Also, it has an amazing Cast of Snowflakes.

Also, the movie Paprika is in your list, I suggest you watch that too.

Any genre will do; though action and suspense would be appreciated.A witty and unique comedy if you know of any would be nice as well. Please no yaoi or any extreme cases of yuri.

What I am looking for in the show besides genre:
-Character focused
-Good dialogue

Here is my list to help. Feel free to tell me if I already have one I haven't seen on my list as well.

You have some good shows on your PTW list (64 of them too) ^_^

For a unique comedy, you could try The Tatami Galaxy.

For action and suspense you could move Ergo Proxy up to your watching list-but it is also full of sci-fi elements.

Just a few suggestions for you.

For comedy, you've already started Working'!!, which would be my top recommendation there. If something odd-ball will work, you might try Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko, or Nichijou.

For action and suspense, character focused and with good dialogue, try
Fate/Zero
Rozen Maiden
Gosick
Kamisama Dolls

For you I would try Dance in the Vampire Bund. It is the best I can offer you from my experience so far. You can try Ikki Tousen for epic fights and some romance as well, but the story is hard to follow and fan service is like every day life to them
some others:
Evangelion(romance is twisted, hard to follow, and easy to miss; action is legendary)
Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!( if you can handle cliched harem; rom and action are plentiful)
Tenjou Tenge ( a little old but action is great, romance is well clearly there)

Also thank you to Cratex and brianwuzhere. You gus have enough recs to keep me going for awhile.

So, I recently finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm still in the mood for a good action or adventure (or both) anime that's similar.

I guess key points would probably be: a capable/strong lead character, not be involved with schools (high school or otherwise), and have at least a slightly un-realistic element to it (whether it be supernatural, sci-fi, fantasy).

The length isn't a big issue until the episodes start exceeding 100. I've been doing some looking for a while, but I seem to always end up somehow at some show (even if it's just a little) with a high school back drop. Normally, I'm fine with that, but I'd like to have a change of scenery.

I hope I'm not being too vague >.< and appreciate any help ;)

A couple of the things I would have strongly you've either already seen or already watching. Might also try

Kamisama Dolls

Escaflowne

Ao no Exorcist - they main characters ARE high school aged, and they are in "school", but it's actually a specialist technical school for exorcist training for the 6-7 characters only and for the most part it is devoid of the usually high-school stuff.

I'm looking for an anime that has a lot of plot twists, and plays with your emotions. I haven't really found any that are like that, but I love anime that completely racks your brain and leaves you thinking about it afterward.

Ergo proxy has great character depth and development. Try Monster and Akira too. I can't say too much on mecha unless you try the rebuild series of Evangelion which includes "You are (not) alone" and "You can (not) advance". I see you were not to fond of the original. I really encourage you to fight through the beginning because it truly is q good show

Evangelion doesn't really set itself apart from other mecha anime until it reaches the halfway point, but if you really hate the character that much, there's nothing I can do about that. However, I do second the You Can (Not) Advance recommendation. You should at least give this a chance. Otherwise, you'll be missing out on some really gorgeous animation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4TxIHgKxJw

The anime stops halfway into the series, though, so it's better to read the manga that's still ongoing. However, I suppose it's a good introduction to the series.

The only incest anime's I saw is Kiss x Sis, Da Capo (all serries), Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru and that's about much all I know...And please no OVA's or movies... Just TV serries people...
