| Rest in peace, Eugene. Maybe I'm a bit slower on the guessing game than most others, but his death actually took me by surprise. He was a likeable character for someone with such little screentime. I was hoping in the previous episode's thread that Frederica won't be a mere mascot. Well... crap lol. That short battle was hype. Sawano's OST is simply magical. |

| And yet here we have another BS reasoning, this time it has to do with why a child/loli character needs to join the fight with the group. Creating that mascot reasoning is stupid just so that the author can include a loli character for all the loli fans out there. It's like when that Transformers movie wanted to have a underage romance they create that stupid Romeo/Juliet law...gave me the same sickening vibes here. Asato must be one of the worse authors I have ever come across. A lot of things makes no sense but hey, the plot must move forward, so a bare minimum effort is made to create a reason to do what ever the characters need to do. Also, lol, introduce a character and then kill him off to create that manufactured sad feeling to invoke some cheap emotion from the audience and to drive home the fact that Shin's THE REAPERRRR...in case you forgot. Overall, nothing but cheap emotions, cheap reasoning for character actions and tons of convenient dialogue etc. |

| Nice to see Fido back. Considering he was merely deactivated for a time, it wasn't surprising that he could also be reactivated with a bit of tinkering. Eugene was in a bad state there. Would hate to be the one to have to break the news to his imouto. |

She is totally spoiling this second season - Annoying improbably "prodigy child" - A comic relief out of tone, what thankfully we hadn't in S1. - she brings a paranormal ability and the "new sheppard nemesis", both out from nowere to this season. Author lose the grip a bit in this arc. |

| Wow, that was just brutal. More so than usual. The final exchange between Eugene & Shin was harrowing, capturing the final moments of human life in a morbidly real way. The despair of this one-sided war just keeps sinking in, no matter which front it's fought on. It's especially lonely since the core cast can't communicate like they used to, building a greater sense of alienation. |

| Damn At first I thought it was going to be an cute/heartwarming episode with the return of FIDO but the last moment brought me back to the harsh reality of war. Eugene end was horrible to watch rip |
