| I'm getting an Elementar Gerad x Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann-esque feel from this series. Still unsure whether or not I'm going to continue it but I'm liking it somewhat so far. |

| Ok episode, just to introduce the main characters and some aspects of the plot. I loved the backgrounds, and I knew the OST wouldn't disappoint me. I don't mind that much about CGI, as long they don't abuse of it I'll be fine. The dialogues were lame, and the characters not very interesting. But it's the first episode, I hope I could change my mind in the rest of the serie. Not a fan of mecha, but I will keep watch it I guess. |

| This was really fun and interesting. I like the characters and art. Minerals are so cool *.*. I expect we'll learn more about the new ''alien'' girl in the next episode. ED&OP were nice too, decent, but nothing exceptional/amazing. I usually like them over time after hearing them a couple times, so I'll see. |

| OP and ED were both pretty good but didn't really like the animation ... don't like the character design of that girl that came out of the crystal >_< Sogo huh ... nothing really happened to make me like him or not this episode. I guess Kaon's OK as well. So these gems have special powers and stuff? I guess so, 'cus that's why the government looking people are looking for them in caves and stuff. Speaking of which, what the heck is that random hole in the middle of the town ... and how did they fall down that whole thing without getting hurt at all?! Also how did the other two chasing them (the fiance and the other guy) also get in there?! I'm so confused ... D: Well, then that girl came out and summoned a mecha to fight the other one ...? O_O I'm sure they'll explain it next episode ... hopefully ... So the good: really nice scenery and animation scenes for the cave and crystal for example, but the bad ... animation was also not good for some parts (most noticeably the characters) and the characters themselves are kinda meh ... :S Hope it gets better :O |
| the blurays will look nice, especially when we get better 60fps conversion. oohh those crisp waves in 60 or 120 even.mhmmm. The story seems like it could be really good tho, characters may not be bad either. The CGI worked out well here, but only because the shading on the mechs fit the dark scene of the cave |

He's talking out of his aft orifice, the sound production is technically near-perfect for anyone with the intended playback gear. In fact, it's likely the best sound production ever in an anime. He's probably listening off laptop speakers or earbuds, which is his problem and not the anime's problem. This sounds amazing on home theater gear, on proper headphones and decent 2.1 speakers. But since explosions and rumbles are normalized and perfectly compressed, they will sound like shit on shit audio gear. |

| Kinda has a fantasy sci-fi feel that is similar to what I feel when I watch Ghibli movies.. Nostalgic I guess? (*´▽`*) I hope the hover-scooter thing Sougo has becomes real someday.. seems like an awesome idea! The animation is so good as well ♡ Otherwise, I'm not really sure what is going on, but I look forward to more episodes! Edit: I love the opening so so much~ |
| Even if the show goes to shit, I still have to give it props for having some damn good CGI for once. That is not something you see often in anime. It wasn't the best starting episode, and I can see this anime being fairly predictable, but I think it'll be a decent watch. |

| I don't quite know what to expect from this anime, I think I'll have to read the synopsis. The female lead is nice, the way she shows herself. The animation is nice, kinda surprised when the mecha came in. I'm not looking for a mecha show. Nice futuristic setting. Stark700 said: THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. | Quite interesting start I must say, like the setting and the bit sci-fi atmosphere! The characters also look quite cute especially with that kind of ED! So let's see what this anime will offer us! |
