| Figured Yusuke would be added to the ending bit for the next ep preview but surprise to see Makoto already added to it too. I don't remember if it was in the game but the random chance of encountering Madarame inside the palace talking loudly about his evil plan was a bit too convenient. |
| Great episode. These two episodes have been a great improvement from the first 4. Art and animation was better and nowhere near as annoying to watch as the fight scenes. The studio has made some adjustments and improvements to the animation over the episodes with changes in the all out attack as well as the OP. I've been wondering if the studio is on a tight schedule, cutting some edges with the animation then making adjustments later? Loved hearing Sugita's voice again for Yusuke. <3 |

| Personally, I think this was a great episode and a great start to Yusuke's arc. The pacing was fast, but they got through the major scenes without rushing any of them and it was pretty faithful too. Another plus point is the improved quality of the art and animation throughout the episode, so good job Cloverworks. =) Madarame does have that good old guy-like persona when talking to fans or the media, but his palace shows exactly how much of a bastard he really is. Now I'm looking forward to seeing how the show adapts the rest of this arc. =D |

| One of the things I love most about this adaption so far is seeing the Phantom Thieves engage in their acts in a way that isn't restricted by by a game world. For example, iirc when the Thieves meet with that guy who used to be Madarame's pupil who gives them intel on their target in the game, I believe it simply played out like any other cutscene where they talk with in game dialogue. But in the anime I thought it was really cool how all of the Thieves met with him in a discrete way, as if they were carrying out an actual mission, with Ren talking with the informant while Ryuji and Ann stood on standby in the vicinity. I thought that was a really nice touch and adds to the elusive vigilante nature of the Phantom Thieves. |
| Makoto startin to take action now I guess, and they've now made it into Madarame's palace. This... actually felt pretty good, like, it just felt good, unlike the rush job that was the first arc this one felt pretty okay to me. |

| Student council president, is going to become a big character i can smell it. Loved this episode one of my favourites from on going anime this week. They didn't need a cliff hanger to let me dying waiting for the next one. |

| Christ, I think the NPC Nakanohara had more lines than the protagonist. How do you manage to make him less compelling than his non-speaking game counterpart? He has Jun Fukuyama as a voice actor, give him more lines FFS! It doesn't help that, like the game, Ryuji and Ann are starting to get as annoying as they did after the Kamoshida arc and Makoto is still a ways away. This anime's adaptation is so dry I would rather just play the damn game. I miss Yu. What a great game-to-anime translation he was. |

| I'm growing to like the adaption, well ... "like" - the pacing was fine this time around imo :D all the anime-only people should really get into playing the game, it's amazing! also nice Yoshida cameo once again |

| A-1 are learning, that's great to see just 6 episodes in. There was a lot more personality conveyed in this episode and some anime original conversations here and there which worked better for the "anime". Now I just hope that they can keep this going and make Futuba's arc good because there are so many emotions that are needed to be conveyed there. |

| I like that they change scene with Nakanohara. In game they just talked face to face, and Nakanohara even won't surprised that Phantom Thieves are right before him and just spill information. |

| Always disliked how the gang met Madarame's ex pupil face-to-face despite repeatedly being told to keep their identity secret. Nice change. Pacing was good and I enjoyed the anime only material. All we need now is some combat improvement and bam, we have a great adaptation on ours hands. See A-1? You can do it. 4/5 |
| I liked it. I definitely think the pacing has slowed down a bit now when compared to the beginning of the series. Oh Yusuke, so engrossed with your work as always, lol. |
| Pretty good honestly. I like this arc more than the other one. Abuse and plagiarism is something serious. Surprised someone even committed suicide. Tough. I think I'm going to stick around for the rest of this anime. I came close to dropping, but this episode was solid enough to keep me interested. |

| Finally, properly pacing, sadly it took 5 eps. to did one episode without rushing so hard. That how should look P5 anime on which I waited. And best guy Yusuke appeared. Without a doubt. |

| Why do I have this feeling that Yusuke's VA is shockingly the same as with Ragna from BlazBlue at this point??? P.S. if Makoto Nijima shows up, does this mean that her VA had to be the same as with Misaka from the Toaru series at this point too???? |

| Ahh, I actually really loved this episode! Much better pacing and direction than episodes 2 and 3. I actually think the lowpoint so far is episode 3, and things have improved steadily since episode 4. CloverWorks still hasn't announced any anime for the Summer and I hope it stays that way, and things improve significantly for the second cour of P5A. Did you guys notice the little changes to the OP at the start? It'd be cool if they just keep improving it. Funny thing, Makoto's japanese VA fits her a lot more than her english one does, but it still feels weird to hear her talking in japanese 'cause I'm so used to her english voice xD. |

| I think the series is getting better and better. Even if there are still a few groaner scenes every episode. For me in this one it was Madarame's Shadow spouting off exposition to no one in particular in his Palace. I liked in the game when they just figured most of what he gleefully gloated about from observing the inside of his museum. Still the episode really succeeded in its characterization of Yusuke. The scene with him and Anne at the gallery. And the attempt to get him to spill the beans near the end. Were both animated with a lot of nuance. That revealed his inner feelings even more than the game could. In particular the scene where Anne praises the painting he actually did. And he bites his lip and clenches his fists in frustration. I really hate the part of the story where Yusuke blackmails Anne into nude modeling for him. Anne deserved a better function in the Thieves than being the honey pot. And that is one two scenes from the game that make me really uncomfortable. Especially after her whole arc that opens the story was about respecting women as people and not objects. Then we get this shit. Not looking forward to them getting into that next week. I hope they don't play it up too much. |

| Some shitty 'art' Madarame got on display, should have taken a note or two from the person who taped a banana to the wall because that's the stuff you get world famous for. Time to save the stubborn Yusuke...maybe he will draw some nude paintings..for research purposes of course (⌐▀͡ ̯ʖ▀) |
