I used to workout every week at the gym but then a pizza shop nearby exploded and caused them to close down for the past 2 years, they are reopening though later next year. Really excited for that

I am currently on the pursuit of making home workout a regular part of my routine, which is going well I'd say. Last week, I was only able to do it for 3 days. This week, I'm confident to pull off 5. Next week it should be on a daily basis, since I'm only doing it for 30 minutes, already including the rests in between. I also do daily walks and weekend jog.

It's difficult, particularly the burpees! But more of this sedentary lifestyle will surely take me to the hospital and eat up all my savings one day if I don't act up now.

Yes, I do workout very often.

I usually go for a jog in the morning about 30-45 minutes a day and after that, I use weights and dumbbells to tone up. I do take breaks in between.

I teach dance and fitness with my clients to improve their mental health and their stamina.

Used to.
I cant keep up the routine so I quit. I am also not tryna build muscles but just get physically fit. I instead went to outdoor activities I like and they are my main workout routines. I love the sea so much so I did activities that involves water. I had a PADI license for scuba diving (i havent gotten much diving since covid though) swimming pools are closed but before covid I became a member of ymca to get access to pools and do swimming 3 times a week. The only think I am able to do
This covid times is jogging and playing just dance on my kinect

Nope. I have chronic pain, which wouldn't permit something like weight lifting.

I jog on most days during the spring, summer and fall, but I have to stop exercising during the winter, because I can't run in the snow.

I ski a lot. But with the limitations of the pandemic, it was difficult. The skisimulator came to my rescue. If you also love this sport, then I advise you to pay attention to this store. There you will find many options that will help you not to lose your skills, but on the contrary, to strengthen them and hone your skills.

Yeah besides breaking/b-boying I do oly lifting and accessory exercises. Heavy squats 3 days a week to keep the legs in good shape and I usually switch between clean and jerk or snatch oriented days, then I do some accessories afterwards just to round things off like weighted hyperextensions, dips, pullups and so on.

I do the basic bodyweight stuff everyday for an hour or so. Pushups, situps, pullups, squats - variations of all of these exercises as well.
I also run 5km every alternate day. So yeah, I do do the basics to stay fit.

Right now I ride my stationary bike every other day and do strength training every other day. Currently working on biceps, just wanna build muscles in my limbs right now.

It's my second week for strength training (before that it was daily stationary bike for a while), and I really enjoy it. I'm so glad the internet has routines that break down sets and reps so easily, I don't think I'd ever keep on using my dumbbells without them.

If you do what kind of workout?

I used to go to the gym 4 times a week but cause of corona not anymore so I'm stuck with only doing calisthenics

Feel your pain.
Since corona striked i cant do even half of what i used to do.

Im a kickboxing athlete and so i used to have kickboxing wokouts 3x a week. Besides that i already did/do some running everyday and some extra exercises and to add a bit more i also used to pratice crosstrainning 2x a week.

And so yeah, i had a very active routine haha Since corona striked our gym was nuked bcs not enough money to keep it up being closed and the landlord of that place raised the rent a lot to make it worse. Apparently the new version of our gym is almost ready and in a new place, i wont be able to train anyways untill september but since all this started i do only the usual running and sh*t by myself. I kept the same diet as before but since my workouts arent even close to half of what i used to do before covid, i gainned a bit more than 10kg already.
Ill need to lose it all again around semptember bcs i usually fight around 70kg~75kg...

Yes, I practice martial arts, which always involves a very heavy work out before getting other things like self-defense, forms, sparring, etc. I also practice outside of the martial arts club a lot as well, usually outside in my back yard. Life is just so much better with physical exercise!

I work from home in a sedentary job. If I didn't make exercise a priority, I could easily go days barely moving, and that usually makes me feel very depressed. Terrible posture, zero movement, no sunlight. Not a great way to live. Exercising gets me outside, I see other humans and it helps me sleep way better. I keep wellness planner and compare my progress

Only when I get sore. I've had issues with my chest since childhood and had to do physiotherapy because I didn't want an operation. The exercises are a sort of replacement for physiotherapy. Chest expansion with a rubber band and I use 1 or 2 other things that I don't know the name of. I have quite decent arm muscles but nothing much else lol. I use a static cycler also.
