So no, OP. As for me, I'm a civilized university student that happens to have an interest to anime and manga as a medium to art and entertainment. Nothing beyond that. And I believe MAL community is much better than "obsessed over loli and highschool girls".

Do I find anime women attractive? Indeed. And sometimes guys. Tbh, what's honestly the difference between them in anime? Girls are drawn with longer eyelashes. That's pretty much it.

I'm not really obsessive though. And most people aren't, they just like to mess around. If you're sick of the joke, you're on the wrong site.

Loli is underage girl. But 16~17 isn't really underage. Of course the character can be portrayed as cute, fragile, annoying, but that just means it's a normal girl being portrayed as an underage girl, so she isn't a loli per se.

Probably the OP is talking about sexual obsession, which is weird and disgusting. But consider them as cute, lovely, funny and be obsessed about that isn't wrong at all, since they're all of that. From my point of view though, a loli character has already a ton of sexual implications, because that's what loli is: to give underage girls sexual appeal. And being an otaku lolicon is to have a complex over the sexual implications of fictional underage girls, which is, in my point of view, extremely pathetic. I guess the OP share the same opinion.

I'll give an example of what I consider loli and what I consider normal little girls: Renge (normal underage girl) from Non Non Biyori is a typical portrait of a child imho, and I think she is simply adorable. Shiro (loli) from NGNL is a little girl with a ton of sexual implications to cater to lolicon and otakus, and I think this is pathetic and disgusting.

If the OP is using loli with this connotation, then I agree with him. About high school girls, I don't consider them lolis regardless of what every wiki says. Because for me a loli first has to be underage, and not only look like underage, and then come the sexual implications. So, basically, a cute underage girl isn't necessarily a loli, but an underage girl with sexual implications to cater the viewers is, by my definition, a loli.

I'm not in high school, but I like high school girls irl. Plus, they're easier to go out with.

Am I wrong? Again, what I have been saying. Who would consider 16~17 underage anyway? This is just insane, as if I, only one year older, would be able to manipulate high school girls and demand them to obey me. Even the police couldn't care less about high school girls fucking whoever they want.

It already does, is just not institutionalized. For this matter they don't have problems, but I prefer the way it is now, since we already have many problems with driving accidents, alcohol and cigars. No need for more teenagers messing around legally. They still can do if they really want to do though, but then let's them take the responsibility (what we need is lower the criminal majority age).

The rule that says is already enough is called law, and some things are particular prohibited to teenagers. Unfair society, unfair and unreasonable rules, irrational laws, sometimes leads to a better organization, so it seems. So, they're not so irrational after all, the results aren't so bad. I could pick them by looking on how they're working. Not fully satisfied, but is better like this than without them, so it seems.
