| Honey and Clover because it touches on so many aspects of relationships in its entire cast, had a very mature script by anime standards, and was set to a superb ost. But honestly, if I were judging by a single MC pair I'd be very tempted to say Koi Kaze, "I" factor be damned. Other 'romance-centrics' I liked were Nana, Hana Yori Dango, WA2, and Nodame. So...none of the above lol. |
| Anime in which the romance is the main focus? Then Toradora by far, way better than every other romcom I have watched. As for shows with romance as side plot, then RahXephon and Macross. |
