| So, I was just wondering if anyone here on MAL has an imaginary friend, or had one when they were younger? I actually don't have one, but I tried to create one in my head once. I thought if I convinced myself that they were real then I'd start to believe it after a while. Also, if you have had an imaginary friend before, how do you know whether they're imaginary, real, or even a ghost? Discuss! Also, please be truthful, don't say you have one if you don't. :D |

| Does an imaginary friend only count if you genuinely believe they exist, or are they also valid for really enthusiastic lonely/bored people? Either way I don't have one, but the former case sounds really difficult to accomplish if you don't have some sort of mental illness. |

| When I was a kid I used to believe, that when I was thinking to myself I was talking to someone and that someone was always with me, so yeah, it was like an imaginary friend, although, it didnt have a name or a form, I was to lazy for that lol |
