So, after investigating several sources, this appears to be the most objective free IQ test available online:
http://iqtest.dk/main.swf

It will take ~40 minutes and give you your IQ at the end.

Also, feel free to discuss the test itself, other IQ tests, the concept of IQ in the first place, etc.

I got a 126.

Wrong answers do not influence your result - so guess rather than omit a question!
I'm questioning it already.

Okay, I got 104, and I guessed about six questions because I was too lazy to finish the test.

I'm comfortable with that.

Well, some other IQ test gave me an IQ of... 155. So I was a bit skeptical. And my dad got a 156 on that one. Now I'm really skeptical. ;P

My first time around, I skipped the last three and got a 120, so I guess those last ones could bump you up a good bit

If you don't answer anything your score is a 79. I think the application can't calculate IQs lower than that.

I postulate then, that high IQ is simply the result of a good work ethic when taking the test.

I got a 103. Took about 15 minutes, and I guessed on a few of them, admittedly. Going into this, I was prepared to feel like an idiot, but I am not butthurt about my score. I'm glad most people got around the same number as me.

These are the ones I guessed with 10% certainty: 20 (D), 21 (H), 23 (B), 33 (G), 34 (D), 36 (F), 37 (C), 38 (H), 39 (?). If you able to get any of these, I'm interested in knowing the solutions.
Disclaimer, I'm not 100% sure about all these, but these were my answers:

I think I'm making progress on 39.

In every 3×3 grid, note that there is always exactly 1 column which contains all 3 shapes (i.e. a triangle, circle, square). If you take a look at the position of that column in each of the grids you will notice a pattern that emerges.

Other than that, I'm lost :S

Any ideas?

Disclaimer, I'm not 100% sure about all these, but these were my answers:

yeah I think 20 D is right
For 21 I put G
For 23 the answer is B, not sure why the circle is where it is though
For 33 yeah G, the shapes were slowly rotating clockwise in each new row
For 34 I had no idea and chose E randomly, jackrabbit's theory is interesting
36 was pretty complicated but I'm pretty sure it's F by various patterns
For 37 there are two counters moving forwards by one square each move. Each time a counter is hidden by a black square it changes from white to black or black to white for the next move, so the answer is I believe H
For 38 I wasn't sure, picked H randomly
39 had me completely lost, chose A randomly

Also I wasn't sure about 32 (E) and 35 (C)

The test gave me 135 this time although I guess it's not fair cos I already took it a couple years ago, also I used the full 40 minutes unlike some people here xD

103. I have never taken an IQ test so I was actually expecting questions. Instead you give me shapes and patterns and shit. I'll have you refer to Scazon's pie chart on how I feel about that. A couple of the questions I didn't even bother and took a second or two to pick an answer.

40 minutes? And when am I supposed to watch my animu?

In all seriousness I care about EQ more than IQ. I believe EQ is more vital in society to have today.

Also these online tests aren't the most accurate. If you want to really know your IQ, you should book an appointment with one of those face-to-face doctors. Real IQ tests take into account how fast you finish them as well.

Easy.
With a proper I.Q test you are given up to 3 hours or more to complete it. It's been 6 years since i took it but i think there is about 150-250 questions. I do remember finishing with an hour and a half to spare.

Can you please give me the soln to 39?
