| Sad but expected ending to the episode, just seeing Yuto stand up to the family is really brave. Yuto slept through the Newsflash of the Plane's disappearance. The beginning was absolutely hilarious and everyone singing Twinkle Little Star was very sweet. Yuto is quite helpful around the house as well. A very bittersweet 5/5 |

| Good episode,Twinkle Twinkle Little Star....... The first half was hilarious specially when Hina begin to cry because she loss......also he getting beat by the dad was funny and that wig then....that Twinkle Little Star scene was so sweet and heartwarming and the english was very decent kinda surprise The ending as expected was sad and depressing,i already knew the ending still was sad,i liked that the form the show the accident a think it was a little better that the manga. Also good for Yuuta to stand for the family as her sister did,i know that kind of feeling that want to be together no matter what so i feel touched by that scene...... Now something more happy the 3 little stars! Hina is just adorable i want to hug and go snuggle snuggle of how cute she is...my biologic clock is beginning to tick :P Miu...she is mine!!! mine only!!! she is cute,has a great personality,she is funny so what more can you ask? no seriously i am stating to like her a lot. Sora....mmmmm what can be said she is cute,her tsundereness i also great and has nice looking body soooo can i take them all?? any objections?? Next episode their new live begin and from here on is were the anime really begins cant wait for next episode! | The pace is very slow, too much of fooling around. But still, better than the first episode. The art is really good. And finally we're at the starting point, it seems. Sora: Quite adorable of a Tsundere. Miu: Good balance between being mature and immature. I like her the most. Oh. | I was quite shocked, as I haven't read the manga or anything, so I didn't know what's going to happen! Dramatic turn of events. I was expecting more to happen between Yuuta and Sora, but I guess it's good if they don't rush with the stuff... I was also thinking, why doesn't he just move to their apartment. What a weird fella. |

| Pretty good episode. Sad news is sad but they can do the LOST and troll everyone at the end with a happy end. Parents survive by miracle. About Sora, Sora was essentially great with her expressions, attitude and faces in this episode. From the starter her expression in the spoiler While Sora’s face blushed while angered and in a pouting way here got in more MOE. I liked a lot Sora for her caring of Hina here and how she looked towards Yuuta there. One of the things I did not find unique is the following,  Sora’s serious face is so not common when she asked Yuuta to leave her sister to be with her guy. That was remarkable to see. I doubt it will be often showed. While I did like the smile of Sora afterwards and her expression at porn mags being forbidden here. While Sora in blushed form being angry here and her fist posture when she is angry her add up good MOE stuff. While I am not exactly sure of her stance in the spoiler About Miu, Miu from the start was all MOE with her blush here. She is another MOE part that is younger. One of the traits of Miu is her tongue pull out in the spoiler get in the face of Yuuta here as he is eating and get even closer here with a nice face close up. Miu’s teasing was nice in the spoiler  Her serious face is one of a kind like Miu when you compare to her happy face in the spoiler About Hina, I liked her from the start in the spoiler About miscellaneous, Yuuta sure not only got pranktered badly by Miu but assaulted by Shingo in the spoiler While I did not understand too much of seeing the wing of the plane in the sun other than foreshadow of going towards Heaven, in other words death itself foreshadow of the parents. Yuri being positive about it was probably a fake move to allude into all is well. Seeing the whole gang sleeping in the spoiler About the fan service, in the list are the elements.
About the preview, I see Hina crying again and frustrating over a card game? Sounds like all are at Yuuta’s place. About the ED, it was interesting in that it showed Sora in water being seen clearly and that of her being seen with a different eye here. While Mius' was interesting too see in water too and then normally here whom looked nice with colours. Hina was nice here with her own version of water rendering to clear. | Hmmm I noticed with some dismay that MAL has changed this from 26 to 12 episodes...I hope thats wrong but anyway... Yep, Miu is Rin Version 2 so she's automatically my favourite of the 3. Just have a thing for Eri Kitamura characters like that =P |

I wonder how Yuta is going to support 3 girls himself in that small tiny room...what is he going to do about the money?? |

I don't know about taxes and bills in Japan, but it's not like they sell the house.If they would sell it, they should be able to buy apartment or rent it. So he or his family still have to pay property taxes(if exist in Japan) And water or electricity expenses is also nearly the same since they more dependant on number of people. And it's not like they can't ask their family to help them. For me it's poor excuse for increasement of accidental fan-service. |

| from all the anime i've watched i know *rain* is the sign of something bad about to happen and heres me thinking well doesn't seem like anything bad gonna happen in this cheerful show..then BAM sad ending is sad,i really wounder how hes gonna manage 3 kids now but they do seem a bit reliable. |

| I really liked the episode...I wasnt expecting a twist like that which made it even better for me. I really wasnt expecting much from this show but maybe i might need to reevaluate |
| Every thing was alright then it all went down hill with the missing plane. Still very good episode. But for some reason everytime i see Hina she just reminds me of a younger Hibiki from idolm@ster (appearance wise). Also the last scene does remind me of usagi drop, both usagi drops and papa both have the main male stepping up to raise these girls, In the case of usagi drops no one wanted to take Rin in, while in papa he did it in order to keep the girls together. |

| Pretty good episode. I wasn't actually expecting much from this show but it actually surprised me very much so that I ended up not being able to wait and read the manga. All in all though it was pretty good gave some laughs at first but then put a twist with the plane going missing and the whole family situation. And now soon we'll see how Yuta will be able to handle everything along with taking care of his siblings! |

| I almost cried at the ending yet i'm really disappointed. I was waiting for that scene because it was beautiful in the manga and everyone even hugged, so damn cute and sad. I know this isn't adapted from the manga, but the manga is probably close to the light novel, so yeah. I thought this anime would be so much better, but i guess i still prefer the manga. Anyways, i'll watch until the end, maybe i'll change my mind. I want to read the novels, too bad they aren't translated to english. At first I was like: "Damn, they're so mean!", but come to think about it, if it was just to give them a place to live, it was damn fine. But they need to study, they need clothes, food and everything, it's not that easy. |

| Wy'd they have to go and change the manga around? It was not far from perfect there. Seriously, made it lost some of its touch. Papa no Iukoto has the potential to be a very heartwarming tale about family, hopefully they don't overcrowd it with fan service. This director's in my hate book now. |

| To Love-Ru's Yabuki-sensei strikes again with that awesome end card of Sora. This episode felt like it was there to setup the rest of the anime. We'll see what direction this will go in now. |

Episode one was to set up the protagonist's current lifestyle so that we have an idea of what the girls will be part of, and it also introduced the three girls. This episode was meant to further deepen and show they're relationships so that the actual twist of the series will be just that more hardhitting for non-manga-LN readers. I don't think there's a real PLOT in this series, just like how there wasn't an ultimate goal in Usagi Drop. It's merely a series similar to Usagi Drop where we get a glimpse at the hardships and troubles of raising kids, especially in a unique and highly unlikely situation as we see Yuuta in here. (Which is fine as anime shouldn't be realistic as seriously, real life is boring as) |
