Jesus Christ, punches, slaps, punches. This episode just loves using violence to get some points across.

Although I have to admit, being in Shuuta's shoes must be suffering. Ran and Kouki also let their emotions run too wild.

The brain of the KANAE System, Asumi's conscience, has awoken, and more than the terrorist-branded Shu getting apprehended just like that to remain safe under Chikushi's protection in SARG, the system is running out of options, out of possibilities, out of time for Koki to save Asumi. Hazard Cast's limitations are showing through and through, and people are getting wary.

The CMD is the only piece of equipment that separates Asumi from the KANAE System, and Shu's trolley dilemma is even harder than he thinks it is, to erase i.e. put her to sleep or not to erase i.e. let her be brain-dead, that he is just channelling his inner frustration of an answer that he cannot choose between the 2. It was a choice that both Shu and Mari regret if they didn't clear of the rats causing a short circuit enough for their elementary school to be set on arson, what a regret.

Ran and 0th's plan to turn the KANAE System on the government vs. Koki's vailant effort to save Asumi, and Sakiko giving Koki a hard slap for him to awaken his ideas, Shu's trolley problem is one that the RGB boys need to solve together as a group, but setting their goals aside would be a big problem to fill each of their egos of how they feel about Asumi's loss and others.

I feel like the RGB boys really fighting for the CMD with their VAs going all out expressing their emotions, that was a hell of an emotional struggle. Though cringe, but it's necessary.

How will they solve all of this with all the tech they have, it's up to the RGB boys to figure it all out and close the loop.

So much drama.

Nice Triple Threat Match.

The rats caused the whole accident. Poor Shu. He shouldn't blame himself.

That slap was pretty amusing. :P

I get what this anime is trying to show (despite overload cringey), but friendly punching (or even slapping) is a very bad idea, there's a reason why Boxing sports requires protective gloves and mouthguards. It won't end with just bruise like in anime, and in face bruise itself is already a very serious medical condition. But am I fair to say this to Tokyo-24 when dozen, if not hundreds of other anime also use this trope?

Rats are pretty much unexpected element, I kinda expect a bigger villain or something behind the scene.

Great episode!
The punches thrown by Shuta, Ran and Kouki were definitely very emotional.

Looking forward to the next episode!

This is starting to feel like Scarlet Nexus to me...it wants to have some sort of heavy plot, but it just can't pull it off.

So Wataru puts the decision on what to do with Asumi in Shuta's hands. And instead of being interesting and having him choose one or the other, Shuta is probably going to someway somehow find some kind of middle ground as the best option. Sigh

Also wtf is the difference concerning terminating Asumi anyway? She's already dead, so putting her into a "deep sleep" will just make her more dead, same with "killing her" which will make her... more dead. So the real question that Shuta should've been thinking is how it will affect their city; continue using the Kanae system, or stop it altogether. But no he's your typical teenager so he's thinking about some girl instead

Hot damn though, Sakiko deadass got out of her wheelchair to freaking will smith Kouki in the face!

The three beating the shit out of each other alone just saved this entire show

Too much yelling at the end there. I kept wondering when was it gonna be over... Also, I like Enoki Junya, but damn his screaming really got out of hand LOL (I suppose that means he's doing his job correctly but still)

so all this started bc of some damn rats?? what is this?? fuckin mcu????😭😭 like how it was a rat that brought scott lang back and basically saved the world, some rats started this whole story Damn

that argue screaming bit at the end was too much for me lol. i usually love those, a part of the climax where they just mindlessly scream whatever was pent up inside their hearts without holding back at all, and though arguing hard it ends well. cliche as fuck but i love it. this one tho.... it was just💀 i had to fastforward it Sawry. i actually couldn't stand it

i wonder how they're gonna close this off in the next ep, hopefully the dad gets more sceeentime for that

The 3 of them beating the shit out of each other was amazing lmao, visuals was dying, but the voice acting was great.

Aye, Tsuzuragawa with that Will Smith slap.

Damn rats really do be changing the world sometimes.

Punches and punches for about five minutes, that was really weird at some point. At first they started just fighting for the Kanae’s system information, but suddenly they all began to say that they were doubting what was the right thing to do. What this last scene was trying to share was very emotional, but the way they just kept punching was too much to me.
And ngl, the animation on this specific episode was worst that other times, Shuta’s face was so deformed and also Mari’s sometimes. But yeah, it got me thinking on which side was ok, or what would I do in their place.

Tipped over into ridiculous. When RGB all punched each other simultaneously I thought they were going to merge together like Voltron.

Yikes l, it’s not as bad as scarlet nexus lol, I think the story is coming together well, I don’t think it is too ambition or anything.

Great episode but damn we finally found out the full reason behind the fire. To think that they could have prevented Asumi from dying.

I know that scene between RGB was supposed to be emotional or something but damn Shu's VA got me laughing so hard man IDK they way he was screaming just got me so good, had to pause, finish laughing properly and then finished watching it.

Now I have no idea why Asumi doesn't wanna see them. Also I wonder how they are gonna "digitalize" themselves. The way this is going tells me we will see the ending of this anime in this remaining episode and there won't be any possibility of second season, can't say for sure though as this is an original.

Pretty enjoyable episode overall, 5/5.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.

Nice reminder, never start to throw fists with the muscle of the friend group (or throw any at all). Makes things a lot more painful especially when exchanging heated words, well at least the RGB trio came to an understanding although in a bit ridiculous manner.

You cant kill rats over night it is more darker than that the school they wanted to save the one full of rats kill their friend. No good dead goes unpunished is the theme of this show dam

THANK YOU! I couldn't figure out why Shuuta pisses me off more than he should but it's because he's exactly the same character and VA from that pos game.
