Every single one was how it suposed to be. The guys from Pierrot should not go furter that they go in the cienamtic movies. Both the art and animation there are always top notch (for example: Shippuuden movie 3 graphics are simply beautiful). If I wanted FLCL I would re-watch it ;). Btw. the art wasn't the worst thing in this ep. The "bs" filler parts were. PS. I calmed down now. Hard to imagine I disliked the episode so much that it made me write quite a few posts here :P. Normally I don't discuss the eps. |

| An amazing episode! The animation style was so cool, i loved the way naruto and pain moved...their faces were funny sometimes tho! They seem to do this drawing style with all the big fights, the last time they used it was naruto vs. sasuke! can't wait to see the next episode! it'll be naruto's big talk with minato :D gonna be sooo amazing! |

You sound pretty narrow minded yourself, first it isn't related to mentioned studios, second it doesn't need to for the appeal achievement and third this is the problem with this kind of fan, they have watched better stuff, now if something doesn't fill that standard, it simply fail, wrong, people should start being a bit more open minded, but the f.ck, kids opinion are like farts. On the other flip side, Episode was pretty solid, this is the kind of style I fall for, though like the mass state, the art is well noticeable downgraded from previous attempt, but if you are watching sht for the art to be awesome throughout, time to stop watching anime, or better said shouldn't like naruto, I myself don/t watch naruto anymore but these episode that happen in the spotlight of the manga. For the fact that it is all free, is enough to stop complaining, don't yall think...this is not like they need to release high end stuff all the time ala I.G, feel grate they are doing sht about. |

| Had no choice but to give it a 4 out of 5 this episode. I was really suprised and not pleased with the new art style choice. Was looking forward to seeing a very clean epic battle with pain and all we got was shortcuts in the anime world! |

I'll tell you what a shortcut is: Half an episode of staring at each other and bla bla, followed by 30 seconds of actual fighting that ends by a finishing move by both Naruto and Pain. But I guess no one will complain since if that was the case, there's probably gonna be some pretty artwork to look at :D |

| The entire episode was just Pain vs Kyuubi Naruto. Kinda boring really. The animation wasn't all that good, particuarlly a couple times with pain. And again they leave you wanting to see the next one! |

| LOL at the idiots who don't know the difference between animation and character design. The animation was excellent. The best the show has had since maybe Jiraiya vs. Pain. Might be better, I just don't remember. But in order to have such fluid animation, they greatly sacrificed on keeping the integrity of the character design. It's sad, but since I'm sure it's the only way possible to do something like this for a such a long-running show, I'm totally fine with it. On top of the animation, the direction was fantastic. Not a single second was wasted on people or scenery. Some people mention filler, and I didn't feel like anything I saw was filler, so that's all I care about. Amazing. That said, it's weird that the Fourth is showing up so randomly. I wonder if this has to do with the thing Jiraiya placed in Naruto, or if that comes up later. |

Who said that? @Silent Killer Yeah, for Naruto, this is great, but also, I can't think of few single episodes that are just greatly animated from beginning to end. It's too expensive. An episode of Birdy Decode 2 springs to mind, and the first epiosde of Kaiba springs to mind, but little else. Most of the time, they'll just save it for small, specific skirmishes like what Bones does for FMA. |

Sasuke and Sasuke Vs. Itachi. I'm pretty sure Sasuke Vs. Eight Tails was in this animation style too. |

| Wow that was horrible! Terrible animation and the art had that loose lines style that makes it seem drawn by 5 years olds. Where they serious about showing this shit? It was like it was made by a bunch of teenagers in there free time. It seems that whoever is doing this show doesn't give a shit about it anymore. And the fight was absolutely ridiculous. I don't care if they chose to put some fighting scenes that weren't in the manga but at least make it real. Laser beams and Pain being hummer down to earth or collide with his head with a mountain? Are you people fucking serious? Not to mention playing fist fight with the kyuubi that is known you can't touch because it's like a burning chakra. That body of his would have been destroyed if such shit happened. If he could stand to such abuse then nether would the other bodies have been destroyed so easily. The other crazy thing was the personality change. Did Pain left and gave his place to someone else? What the hell was all that crazy expressions and anger? The guy until now had a cold expression in his face and that doesn't match at all with this episode Pain. In the manga he didn't lose his temper at all and that is more correct in my opinion since this sudden change seems out of character. Seriously guys WTF!! WAS THAT??? Also i find it funny how the anime started with the song and immediately went into crazy action mode not giving even 30seconds on a small recap showing us what occurred and how Naruto suddenly was fighting like that. They were going crazy slow until now, other times showing the same scenes in the middle of an episode or making his transformation procedure last 2 fucking episodes and now that it needed a small recap of Hinata getting hurt and him going crazy so we can get into it more easily they ignored it. Who the fuck is the director? And what about the fourth Hokage. Have you not learn the art of directing at all you stupid fuck? You don't just show him immediately like that you idiot. You first show Naruto's hand slowly trying to remove the seal then you suddenly show a hand crapping him, you focus for a second on the two hands and the other hand putting pressure then you go to Naruto's face where you show his eyes turning back to normal and him slowly turning his head full of curiosity on who stopped him. Then you show the 4th very little but still with his face in the shadow and make a close up on Naruto lips saying "The 4th hokage?" and you throw the ED song. Fucking amateurs. It would have been better this time if the episode did the things i just said instead of adding stupid extra fighting scenes that are unrealistic even for the Naruto universe standards. It needed a little more slow pace(no not the idiotic slow pace we had in the previews episodes) to focus on Pains ultimate technique and in Kyuubi getting inside Naruto's head and all that. They ruined the Pain arc. Once is too slow and other times too fast with stupid extra scenes. Only the Hinata episode was perfectly made. Yes artwork and animation are different things. You don't need great artwork to have good animation since animation is the movement but you people forget something big here. Animation is not just fluent movement is also the correct movement. When you make pain run but his movement looks like his bones are broken and moves like a puppet control by strings even if the movement is fast and fluent is still bad animation because it's unnatural movement according to the series style. I consider animation the way they move and not only how fluent they do it. Not to mention the specific way of fluent animation requires from the artwork to be crappy and have illusive drawing lines so they can seem to move fluently like that. That's NOT the way to go. It's a cheap way to simulate fluent movement by ruining the artwork. In the end that is what is all about. They are cheap. They can't make fluent animation with out ruining everything else or good artwork with out filling it with still frames and slow rhythm because they seem to cut money from the one or the other. But as viewers of course we want both. |

Why do they do such crappy drawings sometimes ?Why don't they just skip or do a recap instead ? The most weird thing is they never do this crappy version for filler fights. Fillers always has the best drawings. |
