(Only ones I had trouble deciding were 2 and 4, for 2 while I liked both and watched Food Court, the opening for Call of the Night makes me more interested in watching that series. Whether I ever end up doing so is up for debate but the OP pulls me in more. For 4, I appreciate the use of framing and colour in the OP, it makes it quite striking even if the visuals aren't as technically impressive as some of the other entries)

*Decided to go against my own nomination (Witch Watch ED). It has my favorite ED music from the Summer season, but only has slideshow for the video, while Hikaru has an overall package: Good music and video.
* Same case with City vs Arknights. I like the latter's ED music more, but the former did more overall.
*Still choosing to go against CM's Movie theme since it basically has a full MV advantage.
