| Bloody hell I have no words to describe how visually outstanding this movie is! I salute the overworked MAPPA Animators for those God++ Tier animation! Same goes for every other aspec, they nailed everything so well! |

| Absolute Cinema! I already knew it would become my movie of the year but it really went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. The movie is gorgeous throughout with impeccable direction and character acting in the first half and mind blowing action in the second half. The animation during the action scenes went so hard, it's genuienly the best I've ever seen. I really need to see this one a second time and I'll watch it many more times when it inevitably comes out on Blu-ray (in like a year, sadly). |

| I just saw it in theaters and it's an excellent film! The animation is top, as is the opening and the OST, which they added to the ending 3! Not to mention the voice actors and the emotion that goes with them! What a treat! 🔥 The part with the pool and the fireworks is wonderful just like the relationship between Denji and Reze is incredible and moving! RIP Reze. 🙏 |
| This is easily better than Demon Slayer movie. that was a good adaption of a very short arc. |

| Fujimoto film adaptations are two for two so far, the score and visuals for both look back and csm movie have been incredible. Can't imagine any other va doing reze, Ueda Reina really knocked it out of the park. Saw it today but already going back tomorrow to watch it again |
| As a manga reader, I thought this was an absolutely amazing film. The character animations were amazing and the battle sequences were insane. There were even some nods to the manga cover art which I thought was really neat. Reze was fucking cute as hell, her VA did such an amazing job. The movie does so well to display how ridiculously powerful she was with all the impact and destruction she caused. Poor Denji though, at least he got to see her bare chest |
| Crazy movie. I was surprised they made an extended version of Ending 3. I'm really glad they kept Ryu Nakayama's style but with slight changes to make it more like the manga. The realistic, cinematic tone is still there, but with the manga's art style and Denji's crazy antics and expressions. |

| I wasn't a big fan of the TV show but the film was good. Cool explosions, good cinematography and strong storyboarding. Kid in front of me was playing Subway Surfers throughout the film which was kinda cringe. |

| Saw it in IMAX on opening night and had my eardrums nearly blown to shreds Saw it again today, trying 4DX for the first time, and was almost thrown from my seat during the typhoon battle. Loved it even more the second time around. As for the actual movie, well, you already know. This is MAPPA taking the breath of the anime gods and breathing life into Fujimoto's beloved work. They gave us what we needed. |

| Even though I knew how the movie was going to end, for some reason this time the line "I've never been to school either" hit me harder. The movie captured the wonderfully unhinged vibes of Chainsaw Man, but at the same time it was quite tender, even romantic. It felt bittersweet in the end. A perfect arc to choose for a movie adaptation, it really felt like a self-contained story that could stand on its own. I love that they brought back the metal ED3 from first season during the fight scene with Reze, it was so hype and the tonal shifts in the song fit the funny bits so well xD The animation was incredible, not just during the insane fight scenes but in also in smaller character moments. Going back to the very beginning of the movie, I genuinely got chills at the "don't open the door" sequence. I'm not ready for season 2 xD |
| My opinion: Pros: Addition of neon colors esp in action scenes was an improvement over season 1, felt a lot more homage to the manga. Cons: Voice actress for Reze sounded too much like a child, she was supposed to be Russian so a bit of a calmer or deeper voice would maybe fit her better A lot of the non action scenes had very noticeable CGI and the scene of them focusing on the denji/makima walking (head shot) the animation looked stiff Action scenes = way way too much focus on twitter praise "sakuga"... I don't know if I like the way studios really approach action nowadays... Overall a 7/10 for me while the manga arc was a 9/10 for me, the scene where she's going to the cafe at the end was so much more hopeful in the manga and the death of her and how sad the whole thing felt was done way better in the manga, the movie was kinda eh... Also the n*p censoring in the movie was just awkward, why did we even have censorship to begin with, it's a movie, it's done for artistic reasons, plenty of movies have them, it really feels like MAPPA is ashamed of the manga they adapt, you are in a different medium, this isn't TV, just stop with the weird censoring, we are adults paying for a cinema ticket for a reason. |

| Saw this today with a friend, Holy Fucking shit this is what it means to truly elevate the source material above and beyond, it was probably the best visually impressive anime film I've seen and one of the top 5 best anime films ever, this was the arc that blew everyone away in the manga and it truly shows on screen, definitely up for a second and third watch! |

| This is a masterpiece on levels anyone with two eyes can realize is far beyond what we've seen in the anime industry since its inception, and I've seen over 1000 anime. |

| The pool scene (and other scenes related to Reze) made me sad, but after having seen this movie, I just know - even more than I already do - that I will be absolutely devastated when the snowballs come in. |
