@Skuvan Well....Nemu does get involved a love triangle, but Morihito and Nico's relationships gets complicated enough later, but that won't be until season 2 easily. And the manga only recently gave us hints about why she's so reluctant and wallowing in self doubt, though I'm a few chapters behind

| I definitely felt Morihito's annoyance with the student council. But at the same time it was funny how over the top it was too. I can't believe that silliness took up most of the runtime leaving only a few minutes to move the actual plot along. |

This anime is getting better and better lol. Laughed throughout the episode with those student council clowns and the cat girl scene lol. Things kinda got serious at the end though let's see when actual fight will come. That kamehameha at the end of episode preview lol. My boi Jotaro also made his appearance XD |

@RainyEvenings I have to wonder how many different roles they can have. Even for a similar thing in my middle school or high school, we had president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and maybe some kind of officer. Here there's a public relations and general affairs officer respectively and they doubled up on everything except treasurer (Riro) and public affairs officer (Burst). Wonder if he was intending to double up president as well, though he's a third year, so if anything, Morihito would be intended as the president successor

@Skuvan I can't speak on a second season, this one is going to run for 26 episodes, a rarity in the modern era. But if it does really well, it may get another season. Netflix's involvement makes it tricky, since sometimes it can take several years for the process to complete with committees, etc

@Skuvan Sometimes they'll just end series abruptly, like Dead Boy Detectives, a spin off from the Sandman live action series, which is also going to end with the next season, DBD only got 1.

There are too many weirdos in this anime series, I feel like I'm in a cage of madmen, the first part as well as the second were funny in their own way, who knows if next time a somewhat serious narrative arc will begin, I have my doubts, eheheh! |

@RobertBobert I think so, I only learned it this year, but it's hard to find details. Yabuki is his brother in law and if Yabuki only has a sister, then yeah. Also means he's the uncle of Yabuki's daughter, which was a whole other thing with Yabuki's ex wife and he remarried later.

Yabuki draws typical censor bait ecchi, while Shinohara is a classic nakama shonen author. However, I write this when Naoko Takeuchi, the queen of shoujo, is married to the author of one of the most legendary battle shonen manga, Yoshihiro Togashi. |

| LMAOOOO I’ve been waiting for this when I first read it in the manga but this episode had me laughing my ass off so much man it’s not a lot whenever an anime can make me burst out laughing hahaha but these Student Council members were FRYING TF outta me man especially when the president came and wouldn’t take his hand off and then we got the Jotaro hat explanation as to why he can’t take it off this shit is rivalling Gintama in terms of comedic value😭🤣😭🤣😭🤣😭 Yo when the president first appeared and I heard his voice I was like “IS THAT MATSUOKA??? THE NIGGA THAT VOICES YUKIHIRA SOMA???” Immediately when I heard bros voice, he’s such the perfect person to voice the president man and he did a great job at yelling Kamekameha😭🔥 The student council introduction video was so funny man Kan yelling at every absurd thing that the members doing but the funniest shit to me was the fact that the video gave us the presidents flashback like where did they the budget to even make that?😭🤣 Nemu is so stupidly cute man why does she keep doing this to herself? Like she can easily not go to Moi’s house but she went and she even got dressed up too like girl stop it you have gained a liking to getting TOUCHED by Moi🤣 We finally got the reveal of our main antagonist for the season and if you read the manga then you know who that nigga was sitting on the chair in that house Nemu walked into👀👀👀 (Ignore my simping for lolis bc I love them so much) Kuromitsu and Syrup are EVERYTHING to me they’re so fucking cunny, gotta be the cutest lolis of this season man😫💢😫💢😫💢 They looked so smol when they were standing up🥺    |

| @XArceusX Well, the entire school council is basically a collection of ridiculously obvious anime and manga archetypes. Take the tsundere loli voiced by Rie. Even at the VA selection level, they're ridiculously trope-ish. |

| Did not think that i would be laughing as much as I did in this episode :} For starters, the trope-tacular student council was hilarious too me for some weird reason. It's moments like these, when this show explores the wacky side characters that I find the best personally and most funny. Then we got to see Nemu again which is always a blessing, however it seems she will have a bigger role to play in this upcoming arc as the Warlock makes an appearance! |

| Nico and Moi getting targeted by the Student Council's vice-president Ibara Ibu, at least for the former to ban her magic in school. But something about her feels tropey... The trope-tacular Student Council being seen by Moi as generic, and its members are just as described: characters who are just tropes and nothing more...except for one person: Tenryu Kiyomiya, Suzuka's older brother...who's just as eccentric as the rest. It's the circumstances of a guilt trip, though Moi doesn't buy their arguments and all. A close inspection of them, with the Star Wars opening and all from the Student Council's introduction video and discussing about school issues that take up the burden on the President himself, he's just like Moi "for real for real", and at least there's some semblance between the two. Nemu makes her return trying to approach to Moi's place, though transforming into the cat again for him to allow entrance, the manzai comedy skit from Sket Dandy (which this reference should be very obvious enough) sure keeps the jovial mood of the house alive. That is, until a drink falls on her to get quite the bath from Moi...a sensual one if gone wrong. And once again, Nemu manages to escape scot-free, free of her anxiety...of getting lost? The warlock hiding in the shadows, ready to capture the witch, the Prophecy hits the first mark... |

@Viriathus I’ve only watched the first season of Gintama, to be honest! I really hope to watch the other seasons too.
I remember Gintama’s references being more sarcastic and comedic, whereas WitchWatch’s references feel more respectful, like they’re paying homage to other anime with love.
Both shows are great, honestly! Definitely worth watching.
