| Quite the extreme whiplash there but I got to say, it worked well for a twist to have Marin just 180 and get together with Gojo so suddenly, on brand with her there. And not to mention of course the actual confession itself where Gojo gets to actually speak his mind a bit there and not just let the forced drama drag the series even further in the mud. Marin was a lot more aggressive than I expected but hey, her feelings for him have been pent up for so long that with him reciprocating how she feels, all of that energy was let loose here with nothing chaining her down anymore. Don't know if it makes up for the months of being bored out my mind with the manga entirely but at least there is a payoff for it that is satisfactory enough. |

| Wow, what whiplash. Really happy Gojo got that off his chest, was kinda hoping we'd see a confession this chapter, but wasn't banking on it. Marin's reaction happened exactly like I thought it would, but it was still kind of unexpected, haha. Poor Gojo's life was flashing by his eyes under there. I do think there's a lot more to explore, so hopefully there are plenty more chapters lined up! |

| I've read this chapter several times over the last few hours. I can only think of one other chapter of a manga I've ever done that with, Chapter 51 of Koisuru Metronome (Saekano's Utaha path manga). |

| what the fuck. i'm sorry but marin's sudden change like that when gojo's out here struggling just felt too shallow made the last couple months of chapters feel so pointless. well yeah cute or whatever but it didn't feel like a satisfying turn of events to me, not at this sudden pace anyway. gojo actually speaking his mind was the only actual good thing about this chapter. |

I was initially miffed by the obvious continuation of the misunderstanding from the last chapter and the over use of reused panels, but to drop the SUKI BOMB JUST LIKE THAT IN MY ROMCOM?! The manga has been going around a misunderstanding ever since the Haniel arc finished and that back was in January. |
