| What an exciting episode! We finally got to see Zero Squad on action, plus, that little bit of past at the beginning of the episode? It was a very nice addition the animation team added as it didn't happen in the manga. It actually explained very well the stand of current affairs of Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, and World of the Living and the reason why Yhwach started the whole war. However, because of the knowledge I've thanks to manga and somewhat light novels, might play a part in this all as some things that happened at the beginning are foreshadowed events... However, I must admit I was a bit surprised by how openly Ichibe admitted he more and less ruled things. While yes, he seemed to act like a spoke person of Soul King, that whole scene made me wonder if that is true. Especially when Yhwach stated how his father is at the moment. So, who is the true ruler? The one who guards or the one who is guarded? Not to mention, the fact Yhwach wants to bring peace...I've always found that concept interesting as most in fictional works it means eternal peace. Is that truly a good thing? Not to mention, 'the world was before one before Soul King separated it and installed fear'. Such things always give me massive religious vibes, not to mention wanting to bring 'eternal peace'... Anyway, moving on~. Senjumaru was so, so, so cool! (Yes, I'm her fangirl.) I really loved how sassy she was against Yhwach and his posse. That brief battle against Nianzol Weizol was quite a wicked one. Not to mention it was nice to see how Senjumaru all but dominated that battle. However, when Yhwach brought his Schutzstaffel (Elite/Imperial guards) and Lille Barro attacked Senjumaru, that scene made me feel really bad for Senjumaru. Even though it turned out to be an illusion, for a moment it felt very bad. And the whole scene of Pernida Parnkgjas turning Senjumaru's remains into a ball? That made something in my stomach twist and not in a good way. Dx But it was very wicked when Senjumaru revealed her trick which was a combination of effort with Ichibe. Though, considering the future...it felt a bit odd, as while Kirio's Cage of Life seemed quite OP...well, like we saw, it wasn't fully seal-proof. After all, Yhwach got away from there rather easily. But even so, it was nice almost every Zero Squad member got to show their skills when came to battling. First the two ladies and then Oetsu. I'm sure in the next episode Ichibe will get to show his skills against Yhwach, but I also hope we'll get to see the rest of the Zero Squad going against Jugram and Uryuu. After all, Oetsu brought down quite quickly Yhwach's elite guards...or did he? But yes. I can imagine the last two episodes will be super action-packed! Not to mention, we'll probably see how Ichigo and company arrive at the scene and maybe go against Yhwach. If not anything, I hope this season won't end up with a too big cliffhanger, or if it does, it'll at least be a thrilling one! |

| Seeing the elite Quincies animated feels like a fever dream, but I'm not complaining. I hope these last two episodes end being amazing. The flashback at the beginning also explains why Yamamoto could defeat Yhwach so easily, for reasons that I won't say for the sake of any anime-only checking this thread. |

| That flashback of ichibe hyosube and Yhwach meeting was insane. Ychwach pretty much called bullshit on Ichibe and wanted to throw hands. He did not like this Soul King business. Yhwach faced the wrath of the Soul King's right arm as he gets cross eyed xD Now flash forward to the present, Yhwach and his army hit up the Soul King palace crib. Yhwach summoned 5 of his special royal guards and they all got an ass whooping by squad zero. More specifically, Ōetsu Nimaiya. This man is the biggest menace to society. He can cut through Yhwach's royal guards with ease using his unstable zanpakto sword Sayafushi. He had not draw out his sword in a long time and is an incomplete sword. But still, he was able to whoop ass. The real battle begins. This is fire! |

| we wont get it since this clearly is hyping Ichibe vs Ywatch but i wish we had a full congrontation between the other 4 Squad 0 vs the 4 Royal guards, its kinda odd that Ishida an Hashwalth arent doing anything though |

Another improved-over-the-manga episode, so good.... It's very good to know about Ichibe and Yhwach which is an anime-exclusive scene because somehow those two knew each other and had history but never shown how in the manga. |

| That flashback between Ichibe and Yhwach was neat, I'm looking forward to seeing them fight for real now. And the scene with Nimaiya slaughtering the Royal Guards was insane, he's pretty tough despite being an oddball... though I guess every anime has a guy like that. |

| Definitely one of my favorite episodes yet. The new scene at the beginning adds and contributes to the plot in sooo many ways, I am so glad. Such an amazing addition. I really don't want the cour to end already next week! Especially can't wait until cours 3 and 4 come out, because there is sure to be even more added content than these first 2 cours combined. Exciting times to be a Bleach fan. |

| That flashback at the beginning was crazy, might of misinterpreted, but did Yhwach actually just say that the Soul King was his dad? I feel like that spices so much up about the plot and adds so many new questions. Cool that we got to see Yhwach's personal Royal Guards, was wondering what else he had up his sleeve. Ngl at the beginning they looked intimidating and i actually thought they managed to ice a Squad Zero member, but the quite literal vale get's pulled back and turns out Squad Zero was cooking before Yhwach's arrival. Lmao love Squad Zero's introductions, all of them were flashy and unique for such an powerful squad, Nimaiya also fucking swept so hard and with so much style. Instantly dropped 4 Schutzstaffel which i wasn't expecting, that shit felt so quick i almost felt bad for them lol. Ngl at the end, i hella thought Yhwach pulled out the Bankai sealing device and was about to unleash Yamamoto's Zanka no Tachi but i guess not. |

| Yhwach entering the Royal Palace. Squad 0 really got to have something up their sleeves to be able to stop Yhwach. Ichigo and the squad also approaching the Royal Palace with Ganju for some reason. The next episode is going to be crazy. |
